Walmart Supercenter, Cerritos CA

This walmart is definitely showing age (needs some remodeling or updating), but it is gigantic so most things are in stock. A little gloomy inside, needs better lightning.

At the beginning of the year, they had excellent customer service. Their customer service has went from a 4 to actually a one.

I love my Walmart! They just finished updating it! Everything is new! They even added more self check out by the pharmacy! How convenient is that!
It is always very clean. Very well organized. I always give a shout out the the best greeters: Yolanda & Jennifer.

The only complaint I have is the length of time I have to wait for someone to have "the key" to open up the display case to get the item I need.
I hate it when I am on a flow, getting everything I need from my shopping list. And then having to press the button for the associate that has the key to come. I have waited 10 min, then have to go find one down to only hear them tell me " I DONT HAVE THE KEY. " One time I waited 20 minutes!
Now that they have more self check out they should consider hiring more associates to be available with the key within seconds- to accommodate their customers.

It's a Walmart, plenty of selections, plenty of checkouts. Bonus for being cleaner than some other ones I've been in.

It was close to 7pm. Walk in to the electronics. Had looked for a 75 computer cable. Turned around and the associate was already heading towards me. Less then 10mins in the store. Good job electronics.

This Walmart supercenter is the best ever it's my favorite & I drive all the way from LA to this Walmart

Never anyone at the resgisters it's always one line open and self checkout more people with walkie talkies standing in the aisle than helping people

A lot of the shelves were empty, merchandise piled up in the isles and poorly organized for the front checkout because there were very few checkers to help customers out. Then, the self-check there were few open. If there were more self-checks open, it would have helped out a lot for the overall flow. There were over 15 people waiting to use the self checks because there were a few checkers.
There was a working electric chair available for me to use. Thank you for that.

Too many rude black employees work here.and that rent-a-cop bag of dirt, beaner of a security guard better watch himself or he might end up with his whistle or pencil night-stick inserted into his backside.

They had what we wanted at a good price. Long lines to check out - but that seems to be typical of all stores.

Great value. Walmart always has the best prices for a place that doesn’t require a membership. I visit Walmart when I am picking up bulk items, in today’s case, for a family bbq. Thank you walmart.

Compared to other walmarts this one is better. They still have some staff that is rude but that's life.

I went to the store and the cashier charged me for 2 shirts and then she didn’t put them in my bag! When I got home I realized those two items missing, I’m very upset! I didn’t go back because I live far from this Walmart!

I like their curbside pickup service. So fast, and they dont miss anything from your order. They have an arrow directing you to where to park, unlike in Buenapark.

It has good prices, it is well stocked and it has ATMs and also for you to scan the products with a card and others with pure cash

No restrooms employees have to go to floor and decor for the restroom.
I was shopping with my kids. My kid needed to take a piss. All the bathrooms are closed a company this big with no bathrooms. That sucks.
