Walmart Supercenter reviews
16 My mom wanted to go to Wal-Mart, specifically, for some self care items. Our trip there was a good thing, because my wife and I were going to stop there on the way home from our visit with my mom, so we killed 2 birds with one stone! My mom found all she was looking for, and one of the items had an EQUATE brand, so we saved some money by buying Wal-Mart's brand!
My wife and I were in the market for some full size suitcases. We found some suitable for our needs that were lighter in weight, seemed sturdier, and were $35-$45 cheaper than comparable ones on the shelf.
The store was clean; everything was organized; the displays were neat and tidy; and the check out time was minimal. Our cashier was friendly, and fast!
I would venture to say that we had a great Wal-Mart shopping experience!
Very disappointing. They accused my son of trying to steal coffee creamer while he was helping me check out. Smh
Worst customer service ever! Management needs to be fired and customer service reps need to be retrained.
Usually they will get 4 maybe even 5 stars, however, since all this happened, the pandemic; it seems as if the store has been sacked. 8/15/22 Same status. Still many items are not available. 10/6/2023 Improved. More organized, many more items available. The vegetables are still lacking in many items, like red leaf lettuce. Also, there were no bags in the produce section.yes.no bags.
Warning: Rent with a short backstory or an essay to the Zoomers
I'm like walking in the prestigious IKEA neighbour Walmart SuperCenter.
A bit of backstory:
I purchased a phone in Stanislaus County, near electronics closing. It was not activated.
I travel to San Joaquin County. And I'm like Bruh I need to take care of this.
I go in ya know probs around 7 nearing 8. Bro A is like hmmmmm well I'm not the person who does this. But let's see what I can do. Bro Z comes strolling in and A is like hey you ever print a recipet from another store. Z is like hmmm I think I remember but we'll need a key. Z strolls up to the higher ups upstair (I think) comes back with the know how.
Ya know what. I got a refund that I used a gift card on and paid more in cash. I forgot to register the warranty with the receipt.
I wanted a reprint.
A rocket ship later, I'm waking in. Front greeter not even 6 feet away smiles at the old gentleman. Ignores me by turning her head towards the self checkout. Excuse me where's Customer Service? Bruh. I'm hiding a recipet.
I get there. Both employees at the desk looked and didn't acknowledge the duress worn on my face.
Quarter-hearted I get a what do you need.whaaaaaaaaa
Run though the short story. One suggests well need a key. Ahh someone gets it.
A manager? Regina (I won't drag you and be petty even though my intrusive thoughts say otherwise) ask what's going on. Takes my receipt with another Gretchen or Karen walk into the room next to customer service. Come out and Regina is like we can't help you. Sorry. We can't.
I'm like ummmm it's been done before. She's like I said we can't. I'm like is there someone higher than you here. She's like no. I'm the highest. You're gonna have to go back for he store you bought it from. I'm like I'm not telling you how to do your job and if seems you're not the person I need to speak with.
I left. I'm digusted by the environment I walked into. It made me think people are still racist or prejudice.
I have never wanted to be that person and rant so hard. No nuggets here. No no no. No friendship.
Rude associates, garbage everywhere, homeless everywhere dedicating in the parking lot (see picture)
I love the mom & pop stores in this plaza, staff are very helpful. There is a beauty store that I frequent in this plaza that always have really good sale prices. Also, the FoodsCo Grocery's store prices are wonderful. This store is always busy. Best to shop first thing in the morning.
I just steal everything, it's all Chinese junk and all the food is from only 6 different corporations, f walmart.
It’s the customers not the employees that make this Walmart dangerous. I’m just not able to go here anymore. Why is it, the handicapped entrance where all the scooters are charging isn't considered when closing those doors at night for safety.there's a way to keep safety protocol and be kind to your consumers with disabilities. I'm nothing special, no one famous. I am very exhausted after my journey to Walmart.
They don't carry fresh turkey parts, maybe only legs, no necks, or wings #Wal-Mart department stores
Never seems to be to crowded. Associates, in general are courteous, friendly and helpful. The store is clean and they have it well stocked with snacks and quick meals at both ends of registers.
Expect to spend a lot of money here since not only can you get your groceries here but everything else that normal Walmarts offer.
Walmart makes me feel like I’m in a third world country these days. It takes too long to find someone with a key to access the items I went there for. The employees give attitude that they have to help. I’m switching to Sams Club. Not a prison vibe there.
Not enough checkout lanes open daily.
All items can’t be purchased via self check out. Self check out with a cart full of items isn’t realistic. Open up more lanes.
Love it always very helpful and very friendly staff only gripe I have is only one electric buggie in the whole store it's a super store come on people 1 electric buggy for a superstore! Other then that my favorite store. I'm handicapped and have a hard time walking. They now have more then just one they have several!
