Walmart Supercenter, San Jose CA

I can't think of anything missing here - it's truly a one stop shop

PRO:
- Big Walmart Supercenter
- Well stocked
- Close to other big box stores

CON:
- Parking (as all Supercenters)
- Foot traffic here can get busy

SUMMARY:
This is a good Supercenter. It's got everything you need.

Nicely stocked store but cashiers at customer service need to help people one by one and not let others CUT THE LINE

I love this place, here I get everything from a screw to a TV, you just have to go early because the place is big and you will fall in love with all their items and prices. TO! And with ample parking

I usually can find what I'm looking for, but if not, an employee will usually help me; also the store is fairly clean and organized.

It is very bright inside the store. The store is still a good deal on food. There is no overhead music which makes the shopping experience better. They make changes like Costco where you have to get your receipt checked. The biggest downside I see is the parking to get there and the bathroom are still a bit smaller.

Smaller than the other Walmarts but alot more cleaner and organized and really only came to visit a long time friend. Still nice place shall go shopping next time I visit here.

I when because I need a new lap top and it was around 9: 30 pm yesterday (Sunday 10/22/23) I when to the electronics section and unfortunately there was only an old lady with white hair there she was super rude, I tried getting help from her and she was a total Bi? $h. If you don’t like people or helping people why would you work as a customer service floor representative. Walmart needs to evaluate the employees and fore’s all this people who don’t wanna be there for example this person. She doesn’t help isn’t doing her job get her out of here.

Pretty good for groceries, not so good for clothes and household. Really needs to be bigger.

Very small for a supercenter and not mich parking which is so full i had to park at Best Buy

It's not as big as some of the other Walmart stores but I must say the lines are never extremely long and I can usually get in and out in less than 45 minutes (unless I get sidetracked by a sale or forget my list)

Unable to get any associate to help me get an item behind the security paneling. I understand wanting to prevent theft, but this system only works when there is attentive staff. I asked multiple people to help me and none knew who had the key or tried to help. I literally just wanted tent stakes. I don't think I'll be shopping here anymore as this is a recurring issue for low-cost items.

Edit: Before checking out, I could not find multiple grocery items, I stepped in cleaning solution in the cleaning products aisle, and an employee took one of my purchases away in the self-checkout line because "you can't buy wine in the self checkout. " Since when? I scanned it ready to pay and she took it off my transaction. All in all, this place is terrible and I wouldn't suggest shopping here to my worst enemy.
