Walmart Supercenter reviews
19This Walmart is pretty quiet and that makes it great when you have to shop aisle after aisle of their merchandise.
Love this Walmart, I usually come here every 2 week. It’s always clean and cashiers are very friendly. Usually busy in the late afternoon so I try to come here during early afternoon or morning.
Great Service! Cassandra in customer service did something that night managment could not do and that was open up a gift app so it could be swiped. You should promote her to Managment! There was one other gentleman in the Pharmacy he couldn't help at the time but recommended for me to go to customer service. I went too several leads and they didn't know either.
Keep up the good work

This is a review/comment in response to people freaking out on covid restrictions/ (non) compliant induvidual and my gratitude that they continued to face the grind to support the community. With that said my normal rating and critique of walmart these days would be a bit lower. Constant revamping of departments/products almost never an improvement and encountering a customer service oriented employee including "managerial" staff is an isolated and rare occurrence.sorry wallymart.

"Seems people are real quick to jump on the "trade in your freedom train". Looking like big brother enthusiasts, leaning a bit too far toward a totalitarian police state from my perspective. I underatand that we all have our self deem "logical" perspectives. But that's what is great about freedom.only problem is you allow somebody's freedom to be infringed upon today be prepared to have one of yours infringed upon tomorrow. I have my gripes about this place but all in consideration i am happy to have there services available.
This is probably my favorite one stop shop, my only complaint is that they're frequently out of the Gentle Ease NeuroPro formula that my youngest drinks which leaves me making a secondary stop at Target usually.
So far no complaints they have what I need & I love their clearance. It does get very full specially during rush hour. Only bad thing is they don't have all cash registers open so with the few they do have open no wonder takes a long time to check out.
This is the best Walmart to go to they have totally messed up the one in McKinley.so I would suggest you don't go there unless you want to run around and find nothing that you looking for. Ontario hasn't messed with their shelves and it's very pleasant there.going to the Walmart on McKinley is more like a chore than pleasure.
Guys in oil and lube center move like they don't have a pulse. 4 cars in front of me took 2 hours for oil change.could of done all those cars by my self in that amount of time. Came back for some more punishment.more of the same no management and slow service took 2 hours Gain and only 2 cars ahead of me this time. Jiffylube from now on this is crazy!
Large store with a good selection of products and groceries. 4 starts because they usually don't have enough check out lanes open.
Clean and friendly employees when I ask for help i got it a.s. A.p the produce prices are little bit High theft must be an ongoing problem because everything has security locks and stuff on it you have to get help to get anything which is an inconvenience but I rather be inconvenience for a minute or two then pay higher prices because of shoplifters and a few Shady people Milling around out in front of the entrance but all in all I'll go back there
Great size had everything I needed, only opportunity was when one of my items did not have a price tag, it took quite a while for somebody to come up to the register to help.
Fairly well managed most things in stock most of the time. Parking is rwrrible always very crowded
Walmart in chino is one of the biggest I been to. They have all you need plus burger king inside.
Needs to provide on shelf what you claim on website, need many many more motorized shopping carts for the population that shop there. Only 2 working carts is ridiculous! Reported to corporate, promises by no results so far.
Dont reccomend there head phones. They break in less than a week and they're expensive too. Might as well get some from target instead.
Easy to get to, right off the 15 fwy. When I'm in Corona, this is the store I usually go to. They have items that the one by doesn't carry. Get there early if you can or before closing, this store gets busy. Enjoy!
Hot and humid in the store. 2nd trip there this week. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work in it.
Asked two ladies in the auto department where to find chain oil. They told me "one of those two isles over there". And then continued gossiping to each other.
Well it was a typical Walmart kids every where with their low income parents not giving a darn about where they're at or what they're doing! Also it must have been senior citizens day or something because the blue hairs where everywhere.
