Walmart Supercenter, Compton CA

Very respective worker's but when cashing a check the workers. Are talking on there cell phone while helping customers. That's very unprofessional

The customer service is extremely bad had an argument with a laide while trying to send money to the mother of my child

I'm just super upset with this place one of their staff at customer service tried to steal money from my younger sister as she was returning a 2 piece bathing suit. I was watching as I was in line and I seen her grab the receipt and look at it then process the refund. I noticed the amount my sis got back and was like oh no. So I went back in line and confronted her. She got all jumbled up for words and tried saying she thought it was just a one piece. Like how stupid do you think I am? It clearly states top and bottom on the receipt that you HAVE TO LOOK AT before even processing the refund like seriously? So I talked to the supervisor and they did nothing she still works there. She tried dying her hair from black to blonde lol suits. I'm sure she probably steals from the company if shes stealing from customers. A little 11 YEAR OLD GIRL at that! PATHETIC TRASH! I dont know why downey has a Walmart anyway.

Filthy, unorganized, deli department empty, only 2 lines opened and lines going into the aisles.safe your time and go somewhere else.

This is my favorite store of all. They have everything that you could possibly need or want all in one place. It's huge and plan to take a few hours to do your shopping.

Enough room registers in the store to keep everything running smoothly shelves were stocked neatly pretty nice store overall.

Great money center- lots of people but in and out in 15 minutes 3 cashiers great experience and they only charged me 16$ to send 2500$ cash Walmart to walmart- thank you wally world

Waited over 20 minutes in the hardware department for someone to come with the key I wanted to purchase a flashlight for my daughter’s camping trip went and got the manager no one knew where the key was at.why are the flashlights locked up anyways.the manager was very apologetic I don’t blame her at all but to have me wait for 20 minutes and still don’t get the product is unacceptable to me

I Just Love Shopping At Wal-Mart Because It Has Everything You Need And Want Like Clothes And A Lot Of House Product And Good.

I love to come to this walmart. The customer service lines here are small and you dont wait long for a pick up. They see you and even ask you if you need help.

I just went to pickup some fishing supplies I needed but turns out they didn't have much selection

Big as that Store is. I was Very Disappointed that there was no Vision, Center. I took a Long bus ride, for Nothing.

I just wanted to get 1%milk. This is the 2nd time I have been in this store & they didn't have what I needed. Simple things like milk/ water.

Get your reasonably priced department store goods and more. Watch out for aggressive social behavior and morally conflicted individuals.

Horrible place to shop, no service, everyone who works here is to busy on their phones. Walmart please come and put your investigation team here. This is the most ghetto place to shop. I know it's Compton, but it's even ghetto for Compton. No experience and unorganized staff is killing your reputation.

This location has wonderful staff. They are very attentive when asking for help. The store is very neat unlike other locations I have been to. They stay stocked with plenty of goodies. One thing I love about this store is there Pride for the city of Compton by having clothing merchandise, this me sets them apart from other locations. Oh and the deli section has wonderful food to grab & go.

This store is in "bad" shape,
not for the service or its employees, its the lack of product Availability.
Like the stores in Long Beach&Lakewood.
I know we live in the "Hood" butt If, Walmart wants Our "Hard Earned" $$$, I think we should have Amenities just as good as the High End stores.

I now believe that Wal-Mart isn't unorganized because of the lazy employees but the customers. People mistreated this Walmart so it gets chaotic depending on the season. Some of the employees here seem passionate when working, they are friendly and in good attitude. Compared to other Walmart's, surprisingly, i had the best experience at the Compton location.
