Walmart Supercenter, Victorville CA

Great service, employees are very helpful doing there job right. Good job for them. But with everything lock away the wait time is ridiculous I understand why, of course.

Nice store to shop at. Staff are helpful. They usually have what I need. Sometimes I have to order online and pick up a few days later. I would recommend this Walmart.

Today they actually had everything I went in looking for. But didn't really bought anything. NOT! I did get what i went in for.

They're hurting me for you you coward.

Oh well. You're the one working for walmart and messing up a life.

Eric birdsall was helpfull and easy to talk to. I was able to get in and out and for the first time got asked if i needed somthing thats locked up instead of having to hunt an employee down

The employees here are nice and seem to enjoy their jobs, which makes a better shopping experience. I just wish that their parking lot had better and brighter lighting to better security and deter potential robbers.

Piss poor loss prevention agents knowing they cant even observe and now wanting to get a harrassment charge placed against them more then once this happened and waiting to happen again to file a report with pd.

For Truckers, they have a dirt/gravel lot next to the store where you can park. If they get rid of that then shame on you Wal-Mart. I'd change to 2 stars

Lines are too long in each department other than that Walmart a great place. I must respect the fact that they give out jobs for people in the community customer service is a mess

I asked a service tech if he could check my tire pressure, " I think it's low" I live about a hour in the mountains and I wanted to be safe. The tech said " I'm busy it will be 3 hours and you need to check in first" not very good customer service. Good thing there are other choices I have. Not very happy

The place has the freshest foods and the service is great. The seafood says fresh never frozen and i looked at the salmon and it said previously frozen.

Hit and miss with this store. I wouldn't feel right in not giving them the kudos when they are "on". It's much better than the Victorville store on hwy 18. Employees mostly nice and helpful. Only major gripe is they always run out of a product I need (and obviously in high demand). This store and all the surrounding stores within a 30 mile radius do not order enough cans of butane for the Coleman stove

Short staff.had to wait longer than 10minutes for online pick up & I was the only one there. Also had to wait in the electronic department while one clerk ran around assisting 3 other customers that was in front of me while she had another 3 customers waiting behind me.

Even having the app for the express service the line was almost out the door. They kept taking other people in the other line first. Need more people working if all the other Wal-Mart stores have there money services down.
Other than the people were nice

This is a huge Walmart Store located in Victorville near the Victor Valley Mall. Great prices and everything you need to eat and for your house and car. Also there is a McDonald's inside the store.

Great prices and clearance selections during the holiday season! Representatives were available at every turn during the holiday season.

Just going to start out with I dont like Walmart, never have but i got a gift card from work for there so I went, as walmart's go this is an ok one if you use the grocery side, once you go into the rest of the store not so much, I find that the grocery side is well stocked and fresh, as for price, well I can find better deals at Winco on most food items.

I called five times it rang for three minutes each time no answer. When we were paying the cashier was helping other customers with unrelated business and ignoring our transaction at hand. I told her four timed how much to put off one card and she repeatedly messed it up then had the audacity to tell me to give her a chance to fix it. I gave her four chances.

Crowded, but it was Black Friday. What was I thinking? ! I did wait till 4: 30pm, needed grandkid supplies for their visit. Staff was friendly, and checkout was not as hideous as expected. Good job.

Slow service. Even though the store was packed, they refused to open any more checkstands despite the fact that there were employees just standing around doing nothing. Employees failed to keep composure in this busy environment and gave attitude when asked easy and simple questions. It's not usually like this, so it's a three for me.
