Walmart Supercenter, Fresno CA

Don't always have everything you go there for. It's there for a few weeks and then they never have it again. Vegetables are not always the best, especially the cucumbers. For some reason their cucumbers are always going soft. Sometimes you buy something and when you get home you realize it isn't complete and/or broken. This place is really a place to go when there is no other choice. They always have super long line, even the self checkout. But the cashiers are always great and make the visit better.

Can't help but say it has just about everything you need.but the thought that most everything there is made in China and how badly they treat their workers deters me from shopping here often, but still appreciate a store that can provide just about anything you need under one roof albeit it's made with poor quality. I just wish that the corporates could start showing appreciation for those who made them big. THE PEOPLE, because without consumers and workers you wouldn't exist.

As a former employee I have certain feelings for the company but, no doubt the customer service has improved greatly. As we all know that there's no such thing as "I couldn't find it" @ your local Walmart. I will continue to shop til I drop, great job wallyworld.

Wasn't too trilled about this visit, they didn't have enough cricket stock, and it's locked behind a cage now so we had to wait forever for someone to come open it and look for the iron-on vynal I needed only to find out they didn't have anymore

5 stars for online pick up. Deduct 2 stars cause we live in California, and no matter what language you give instructions for Express lane, math is not a strong point.

I have had problems with customer service at a couple local stores in the past, but other than that, its a decent store with good prices.

I never had any issue going here. My only complaint is that the money counter and customer service counter can get long sometimes and they always have only one person working the counter when there's like 20 people in line.

The place looks nicer now that it's remodeled. However they are out of a lot of things and needs to restock.

Nice early in the morning but I will not come in the afternoon when it's crowded. Hard to find someone to help you 4outta 5times.

I waited for almost 10mins, told 3 store employees and even heard them page someone to fabrics just to get 2 yards of fabric. Ugh!

The worst customer service I've ever seen. I and another customer waited in the hardware paint department for one of your associates to come and help and nobody ever arrived over a 1/2 an hour We want around and talk to other associates in the kept saying they were going to send somebody but they never did.

All the associates go beyond helping customer very respectable a joy to shop plus have hard time walking after 66 years electric cart always available.

The employees today did a fantastic job helping me find and pack up the last Christmas tree that my mom desperately wanted. Couldn't have turned it better!

Great but item I wanted was out of stock, online was in store. Waste of time and effort. Thanks Walfart.

The customer service representative are so pleasant to deal with and they (Walmart) allways have good prices.

This Walmart have nothing and considering that fact that it is huge they don't really restock anything. By far the worst Walmart in Fresno.

Horrible! The store is a 70 million dollar a year store and they staff it for a 40 million dollar a year, the regional managers should apologize to every staff member there and apologize to all the customers that walk thru the door. They will not do that because they have driven every other company from here, so they have us by you know what.

Been going there for over 10 yrs. Excellent selection, variety of departments, love the garden area, very good customer service

The center is going through a lot of changes cosmetically. It's hard to find your way around. The associates are still good though.

I been to this Wal-Mart since I was a kid. This one is okay, but it barely has anything much I could want, they lack PC games, they lack steam gift cards, they do have a decent stock of console games.
