Walmart Supercenter, Gilroy CA

Customer service was horrible waited in the garden area for 40 minutes just to get help to buy a table

Clean, organized, everything we need was in stock. A lot of locked cases with regular items that was a slight inconvenience to wait for someone with a key. But great experience overall.

The prices are good, and I don't mind ringing up my own items, but there really is no place to set items, if u have a large order. Staff was friendly and helpful

The store was clean and surprisingly not too crowded. I was able to find what i was looking for right away and the prices were just right.

Grocery carts all over parking lot, none in the store to pick up on pharmacy side. Restrooms messy with paper in stalls on floor. Not impressed.

Very rude general manager, completly disorganized and inept.wait 30 mins to getn something from a locked cabinet, took 2 managers a 3 associates to unlock took 30 mins then they were rude.

Good for buying items, but the service for special items (bikes, photos, etc) is absolute garbage. Waited an hour after asking for a helper to unlock a bike, even when the store was mostly empty.

As far as Walmarts go, this one is actually not too bad.usually. Pretty clean and lines are not usually ridiculously long.

Want something that's locked in the cabinets? Good luck unless you want to waste your day waiting for the single person that has the only copy of the key to show up to work. And really? Lock up tents? Don't waste your time and frustration shopping in this low level managed store!

Let me tell you. THE WORST, T H E W O R S T! Service at the jewelry center.we spent almost an hour waiting for service, because they lost the keys. HOW WOULD YOU BE SO IRRESPONSIBLE TO LOSE THE KEYS?

We were on our way to the East Bay to visit relatives and needed to pick up a birthday gift for one of our cousins. This was a great stop because we needed a potty break too.
When we first walked into the store it was like an OMG is this place for real. It looked like three times the store that we have here in the valley and it had the most products of any Walmart I have ever been to.
You could spend quite a few hours looking at everything because they had so much more to offer.
It's so big we had to come back on our return drive to go back home. The shelves are well stocked and they have things you don't find every where. I needed a baking pan and the two store out here didn't even have that size. Go to Gilroy there is an amazing amount of pan sizes to choose from. We had hit the jackpot. We bought two pans because it is so hard to find here and since our cousin bakes alot it so it was the perfect gift for her. We also had to get some tape, a card and marking pens.
When we came back on our way home we had a little more time to look at what this store had to offer. When we went to the deli section OMG what a selection of lunch meats, hot dogs from different manufacturers, the variety of meats from steaks to chicken. It was huge. Did not have that much time to exam all their wares or get to all the other depts.in that store. Next time we head up North we will definitely drop in again to see the other part of the store that we missed. It's a great adventure just to go in there and see how massive that place is plus how much more products they carry.

Walmart is definitely a "Supercenter",
As they always have just about everything I am looking for or need. I also appreciate that their prices are always lower than at other stores. Today I bought food, shoes, shampoo, school supplies, and printer ink! They even have rv supplies!

This is absolutely racist. I've been to Walmart's all across the country especially in crime-ridden areas and I have never seen African American hair products locked up like this before. I went through the beauty section looking for some and Bam they are all locked up. Pathetic. There aren't many people of color besides tan that even live in Gilroy. I went to Oakland and I don't see anything like this before. Shame on you Walmart of Gilroy, CA.

It's like any of the other Walmart more organizing cleaner the Isles are walkable today the food was either overdone or it was still remnants of earlier today chicken was overcooked produce section was good had a good selection. We are sharing some new stuff flannel lined

All I can say is Wal-Mart is alright with me! We came there with a bus load of folks and the staff were accommodating.

Literally every electronic us behind a lock. This is crazy. You guys never have enough employees, this is insane.
