Walmart Supercenter reviews
21I always enjoy my visits to Walmart, they have great prices and there's always something new to buy?
Walmart is a good place to shop when you need something. Lol they did not have my cookies there. But next time.
Was in and out didn't have anything I was looking for for haveing a pharmacy they didn't have much product
Today was my absolute last visit ever here. Too many problems to mention and list. Any of you customers who think this is a good location, you clearly don't understand what a good store is. Moving all of my business to Target from now on. 99% of my visits have been atrocious, and I'm not willing to tolerate nonsense in my life anymore.
They don't have a lot like other Walmarts and the lines are always really busy but the worst thing is the employees on the floor most of them don't have a clue of what they're doing
Always too crowded, not much variety of items just basic stuff, i dont know why its called a supercenter has same maybe even less items than plaza parkway store. Getting rid of 24 hour schedule really suck as only time of day when it was not busy was late night or early morning.
Typical everyday average Walmart. Employee's are rather rude and to make matters even worse it's no longer open passed Midnight, would have rated it higher if it was still 24hr.
Walmart is far from a Supercenter with 15 checkout (only 8-10 open usually) then the 4 self check outs. Managers take 15 minutes to get any of the items unlocked. Waited in line for about 15 minutes for 5 items. One 15 or less item open. Rude.
This Walmart doesn't have everything and the customer service is not the best but it's convenient it has have the grocery store and it is well so has usually everything you need in one spot just not the best service not the cleanest place
Worst Walmart I've ever been into. And to make matters worse, no one picks up the phone! Honestly would rather spend time at a shopko or Walgreens instead.
24 hours was such a help since I got off at 3 am not far away.it definitely brought a variety of shoppers however. Some of which may have jumped off the circus train providing entertainment while you shop.
Grocery is surprisingly decent here and of course prices smash takers or save mart.
Bring back 24 hours,
It's always a pleasure shopping at the Super Walmart on McHenry Avenue in Modesto California very nice people but the greeters at the front need to know more information about the things that are going on especially during the holidays, that people ask them. They just look at us and say, "oh I don't know", they tell everybody I don't know I'll have to find out. Then they just sit there and stare you.that's the only thing that needs to change thank you
Manager Does Not Know How To Treat There Customers Never Shop There Again, Ask For Assistance and She Came By US Then Walked Away Without Soeaking With US
I don't know that I would call it a Superstore the grocery department is very nice it has the bakery in a deli in it but it takes up the space of at least half of the clothing that was at the regular Walmart
Good store, expected prices. Very wide range of items but very little selection within each category. Seemed a little understaffed as the store was messy and lines for the few open registers were long. Good for outdoor gear and last minute Chrismas gifts, found everything I need.
I was greeted as I entered the store. Busy, but clean. I got what I needed and used the self check-out area. In and out quickly! Robert Worden, Riverbank.
Very pleased with the customer service check out not a wide variety for a super center in a lot of things that are of non food items I would like to say the fitting room attendant was wonderful and helpful seem she did enjoy her job with customers and as in the dressimg room she had wonderful phone ethics with the customer calling
I went in the store to ask about the $2.50 fleece blankets i was told there wasn't any, if there was they'd be in the home section (didnt see any). I Contacted them over the phone to see if they had them only because I went online and it shows they have them in stock waited on the phone for about 15 mins and hung up on me so I called again (only reason Im insisting is because I wanted those blankets to donate to the homeless) waited over 20 minutes and still no answer.
Horrible customer service! Upper management needs training on basic people skills. Lean training is available for small and big corporations, they need help on creating standard work for their employees and daily audits to assure their compliance. Will never visit store again and also will not recommend, they sell items that have being previous return and place back on the floor without proper inspection. I worker hard for my weekly income and will refused to pay for used items.
