Honestly.very happy with my service and optician. The process of getting my glasses and contacts was a breeze. I would definitely come back and get more glasses and contacts. When you come in ask for Nicole.she definitely knows her stuff.great customer service!

Doctor was super nice and image tech was friendly. Clerk at the desk didn’t check my insurance until AFTER we left, even though they said before we came in that they accepted my insurance and I asked her about it while we were there. Now they are saying I owe $65 (on top of the $25 I already paid). I would have cancelled my appointment if she’d have checked my insurance when I got there like she’s suppose to. Terrible bait and switch. I’m beyond angry.
