Walmart Vision & Glasses, Hemet CA

Alert - This Walmart Vision Center is not Owned by Walmart as a person might assume. This is a least space and does not follow Walmart Policy - Walmart has faults advertising and should be stopped. I purchased a prescription glasses Store #1853 and was not made aware that this Vision Center has no connection with Walmart therefore the 60 money back guarantee does not apply - I cannot return the glasses. This is wrong on all levels. Don't' buy from here unless you want to get screwed if anything goes wrong.

Do not go here. They sold me glasses and when I needed them replaced under the extended warranty I purchased, they told me the warranty was invalid. When I demanded a refund they magically made my warranty valid again. Then today. I needed my glasses adjusted and after 20 minutes I explained I needed to leave in 10 minutes & I got major attitude from a woman working there. Save yourself the trouble and spend that extra $50 at Lenscrafters.

Excellent customer service and Dr. Lawrence Henry very kind. I appreciate his genuine concern for my vision issues and made me feel at ease. Erica and Gloria are so friendly and made my first experience in buying subscription glasses as painless as can be. So many selections and great discounts too. I can't wait to pickup my two new pair of glasses in 2 weeks. I highly recommend. Great representation of a family environment that care for their patients and customer.

Customer service was decent, however the eye doctor was a different story. Doctor forgot steps during the examination and was completely rude and disrespectful. First and last time I will go here and highly recommend saving yourself time by going somewhere else.

Definitely do not suggest coming here for any reason.

Love their customer service. Ms. Gloria in reception is amazing and very helpful and concerned with your satisfaction. My Dr is amazing too. All around pleasant visits. Oh and reasonable prices. Oh yeah and they price match on contacts.

Great experience getting contacts for the first time. Doctor was helpful and thorough. The receptionist was really good and helped me a lot! Gloria was awesome! Thank you guys for making it a smooth easy experience.

The lady that helped me was very helpful and I'm happy with my new glasses
but the price I paid I thought was way to much just for lenses it was $89.00
this included a $20.00 fee for using my own frames witch I thought was BS
and I had to sign a waver in cases they damaged my frames.

I shop regularly at this Walmart so when it was time to get new glasses I chose this location. I was treated very poorly by a representative named Natalie when I asked questions about there policies so I decided to leave. While I was speaking with the assistant manager in the other side of the facility Natalie decided to leave the office to then come and antagonize me further and interrupt my conversation with the manager. When I told her that her behavior was inappropriate and that this is not how you treat customer she puffed her chest and rolled her eyes and said she does not care. I can not believe that the manager did not tell her to stop or anything the service was terrible.
