Not long ago I went into this vision center in a lot of pain from wearing my new glasses that I had purchase a few months ago at another Wal-Mart vision center. I had been back to the one that I had originally bought the glasses from. "Twice" and to another Wal-Mart Vision Centers as well for adjustments but never ever had the adjustment to the frame that was paining me behind each ear been relieved. Oh my God the frame fitted so tight that I could now see indents on the side of my head. I shared my pain with Juanita who work at this Wal- Mart location and she took out time to listen. She got what I was saying, "she listened" Problem Solved after all these months and different locations- finally the problem was solved - no more pain. Thank you Juanita. "Your The Best" Thank you
Optical specialist Juanita did an outstanding and difficult job of repairing three pairs of badly broken progressive glasses. She made good suggestions for replacing frames and was polite and patient even working through her break, with a smile! Highly recommend!
