Courteous, professional and patient staff. Have purchased eyeglasses and had eyeglasses adjusted numerous times in order to get them to fit correctly. Never a complaint.

Phone etiquette is curt. Prepare for the technicians to up sell but they are not persistent when declined. Sanitary and professional environment. A week or less for the lenses to be ready for pick up.

The ladies there were so kind and knowledgeable. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure i got what I needed! I will most definitely use them again.

I ordered some glasses with my prescription that I got elsewhere. My glasses are wonderful and I can SEE again! The frames shopping experience was quick and easy, and they were very accommodating to my special needs son. I was advised to come on a day when the doctor wasn't there to limit wait time and I'm super thankful they let me know that before I showed up. I didn't wait at all, I walked in and was helped right away. Out the door in 20 minutes, new glasses a week later. Satisfied customer.

They assisted me with a pair of broken glasses and were terrific. The gentleman went out of his way to find a matching frame to fit my lenses so that I would be able to use my glasses Immediately. Outstanding service.

I have had a great experience at this location on several occasions. Ashley is very helpful and kind. The staff takes the customer service and cleanliness of this vision center, and professional atmosphere very seriously. There is a wide selection of frames on display, and you are asked to put all frames in a tray after trying them on. After the transaction is finished, the staff sanitizes the frames before they are put back on the displays for the following customers. I also noticed that the counters are also cleaned after every customer. I highly recommend this location and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

For a WALMART, this vision center is immaculate and cleaner than most vision places I have visited. There are never any fingerprints on the lenses of the glasses you try on, and they seem to comply with all the cleaning regulations, especially since covid. Ms. Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable, She has never screwed up my glasses orders nor have I even needed an adjustment because she takes the time to make sure I am taken care of before I walk out of the vision center. She knows what she's doing, and I always get fast service whenever she is around. I'm about due to renew my glasses and contacts prescription, and I look forward to going in and browsing around for new frames.

The people who work here do not provide good customer service. Everytime i wait over 30 minutes to order contacts. I feel like its pretty unnecessary especially when the actual transaction takes less then 5 minites

Ashley is always very helpful in the process of picking out glasses. I am also very happy with my glasses that come from Walmart.

Ashley was super helpful, polite and quick when assisting me with my order. She provided all available options to me and explained what my insurance would cover. She set me up so I could receive a text message when my glasses were ready and I was surprised when my glasses arrived much sooner than expected! So happy I can see again! Thank you Ashley for all your help!

The Eye doctor went above and beyond to help me and my son! He helped fix both mine and my sons glasses. When our regular eye doctor said they had to mail them out for repairs. We were also able to order a back up pair and they cost half of what the other glasses my son got. With all the extras too! They even have a better warranty and nicer lighter lens! This is the 2nd time we have gone in for help and have been more then impressed. The first time my son broke his glasses in half. They were able to find another frame and put his lens in same day. I will continue to give them my business. You just don’t get excellent customer service like that anymore! Nice friendly and happy to help!
