I had 2 pairs of new glasses: one distance with transitional and one with bifocal, made here last week, having been assisted by Valentine.
I say he is the most attentive, accommodating and gentle optometry technician I have ever come across. Nicest personnel. I was more than happy for his service. I really appreciate it.
He is a gem. (And, of course I am satisfied with my eyeglasses!)
I was really impressed. Went to Costco and they refused to help me but Walmart got six stars in my book because they were so helpful the manager help me fast and quickly got my lenses and glasses back with urgency

Valentin was very knowledgeable and very good with my mother and getting her glasses all done and she is very pleased with his service in fact she brought her 2nd pair to be done and would only deal with Valentine. Very polite.
My experience at Wal-Mart in Lodi was great. Valentine took my prescription and was finished ordering in minutes. When my glasses arrived and I went to pick them up, Valentine checked to confirm that they fit well and that I could read even the smallest print.
He also expressed to me the most favorable way to clean and store my new glasses. Valentine is friendly, courteous as well as punctual.
Leanna is amazing, so patient, careful, she helped us more than we expected, the best possible experience, thank you!
