I had a minor emergency, called the office, they immediately scheduled me for a visit, I was in and out within 30 minutes. As usual, on time, excellent and professional care!

First of all, the front desk is rude. I called in to ask some information and they just told me to ask my insurance. I figured maybe they're having a bad day but I called the second time it's the same attitude.

This dentist has good reviews maybe the dentist is superb so I asked for an appointment and they gave me 4 months wait, sure maybe it is worth the wait so I waited. 3 months later they called in saying the doctor can't make it and they can't reschedule me sooner. What kind of level of disrespect is this? If this is the treatment you guys give to your new patients I am afraid for the patients you have right now because clearly they don't care at all.

Doctor and the staffs are friendly and professional. I will recomment to all my friends to come to Walnut Hills Family Dentistry.

A great group of Doctors and staff. The office is nice and clean which is a big plus for me, but most of all no long wait time.

Dr. Fahmy is very caring, precise, and efficient. Has a very kind and gentle "bedside" manner that is very trusting and puts the patient at ease and confident. His staff reflects the kind of person he is. They are all very efficient and polite.

An excellent dental office, very professional, very, very nice staff, you feel comfortable which is a rare feeling in dental offices, but in this office is something else. The dental work is done precisely and what you actually need not more or less, period. The fees are reasonable also, I recommend this office highly.

Hello! I would like to say that as a fairly new patient visiting in Walnut Hills Family Dentistry that I am happy going there for my first 4 visits! The staff is VERY PROFESSIONAL, REALLY VERY NICE, polite! The staff made me feel comfortable just being there! There were times I accidentally coughed bad while the dentist & his assistant were working on my teeth at the same time! I said, "Sorry! " The dentist said, "No! No! No! It is OK! Would you like some water? " I said, "Yes, Please! " After I drank water, I was ok! I am REALLY VERY SORRY for accidentally coughing! I thought that they would get mad that I accidentally coughed in their face, but they just offered me water instead! I was so HAPPY about them doing that! Sometimes, I end up coughing every once in a while really badly, so I was glad that they do not end up getting mad at me for coughing accidentally!

Friendly, efficient, informative, staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone. Fees are very reasonable.

Everyone hates going to the dentist. I was one such person. HOWEVER going to Walnut Hills Family Dentistry changed that for me. Starting with the front office staff when you enter the office. They are kind, informative and treat you like family or a close friend.

THEN, you meet the dental assistants that get you ready for the next step.meeting the Dentist. Dr Fahmy, is absolutely the kindest and gentlest dentist I've ever been to. He explains everything and makes you KNOW just with his demeanor that you are in the best of hands.
