Terrible customer service. Not sure if it’s the doctor or receptionist handling my call as I am unfamiliar to the health system in the US. The Doctor was okay. It’s the customer facing service that drags the customer service level to zero stars. Doesn’t seem like a clinic you can count on long term.

Have been going here for over one year now with wonderful results. My arthritis pains in my hands have disappeared. Only wish l had started earlier and surprisingly my major medical plan covers part of the costs. CY

I’ve been coming here for treatment for a year and half. Even though the drive is almost an hour for me, I always look forward to my visit. Everyone there is so kind and thoughtful. I can tell that they genuinely care about my health and my overall being.

I’ve been getting acupuncture treatments from Dr. Wu for a herniated disc. When I first saw her I could barely walk and was in such excruciating pain. I had seen four other doctors by this point and all they did was guess and poke around. Dr. Wu was smart and cautious in her approach. She sent me to get an MRI and once she was sure of a diagnosis, she proceeded with treatment. After a few sessions, the pain was finally decreasing and I could walk again! Now, I continue to see her once a month for maintenance (or more if I have a flare up).

I also get a monthly massage with Alaina. Her knowledge about the body is insane! She can touch an area and seemingly know in an instant what is going on. The combination of her massage and Dr. Wu’s acupuncture have been life altering.

Was excited about this place but I guess it’s hard to get an appointment with them.

Dr. Wu is a very patient oriented Acupuncturist and helps me a lot for the past half year. She specializes in back and spine injury and can help me with my chronic back problem very quickly. She also went extra miles to help me with my IC condition and reduce my painful symptoms. Highly recommend her clinic.

Dr Wu has great knowledge and skill in all area, she is very patient with wonderful bedside manner. I have been going to her on and off for 8 years, and I highly recommend her to all my friends and Family.
