They offer free tax preparation thru AARP on Wednesday. Also other activities. Nice place.
First time here. I remember years ago when they started building the veterans center. It turned out great. Beautiful basketball courts on the first and second floor, rooms for events and I was told that there was a library on the 3rd floor. I didn't get a chance to check that out but next time I surely will. All-in-all, it captures the essence of the Daly City community.
The place is very nice and clean. However, it's also very pricey. I don't think I'd come here to rent the place, they expect you to sweep and vacuum
Nice community center except for parking issues. Gym is on the bottom floor. Classrooms are on the 2nd floor. Library is on the 3rd floor. Programs offered by the city are high quality, very inexpensive, and you often don't need to be a city resident to participate. Public restroom on the 3rd floor next to the library. Small parking lot behind the building is usually full and you may have to walk a while or feed the parking meter to park on the street. BART is nearby, but that is not useful for city residents trying to get here.
It was okay love the basketball courts but they don't put out snacks anymore so I went home on an empty stomach!
Classes for seniors, low cost. Nice Building, few parking spaces. Some nearby in the neighborhood.
