Warby Parker Glendale

A great experience from start to finish with exceptional customer care. Dr. Bohling and all staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and made getting new glasses fun! Love the selection and pricing of frames along with great customer service! Highly recommend and will be a Warby Parker customer for life.

Everyone at the Glendale Warby Parker, the doctor, manager, and assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I felt comfortable the entire time from the examination experience to my selection of frames. I live over 50 miles from the location and they offered to mail my glasses to me.

They polished up 3 pairs of previously purchased Warby glasses for me even though I didn’t make an additional purchase. Athena and everyone else working was super friendly:)

The optometrist was amazing! It was awesome to go to one place have a great doctor, great selection of frames and options. I understand the benefit of being able to go into the store and try on frames but also feel confident in the prescription and eye care. I'm booking the rest of my family for appointments and will tell my friends.

The staff at this store are superb! I popped in to get my frames tightened and Daniel - who helped me - was dynamite!

I just had the most wonderful experience with Daniel at Warby Parker Glendale. We chatted amiably while he explained how he was able to restore my glasses and sunglasses to like new condition after I had dropped them a few times which resulted in loose lenses. Rather than try to fix them myself and do something wrong, I decided to take them to the pros at WP hoping it would be something relatively simple which it was for those with the requisite know how, which Daniel certainly had. This was a great relief for me because I love both of these pairs of glasses and was kicking myself for allowing them to be a cause for concern as I didn’t want to lose the lenses or have lenses pop out when I’m wearing them. Now my glasses wearing confidence is restored not only was there no charge, no tip was accepted and so I figure the least I can do is to leave a sincere and detailed five star review. Cheers!

Excellent shopping experience! Uncluttered space to browse. Wide range of frames, knowledgeable staff. The on-site eye exam was a plus, but bear in mind, the eye exam is a separate charge (Not included in frame cost) but the exam is done by a licensed Opthamologist! For me it was a Win/Win.

Jaden was the person who helped us with shopping. He really helped us a lot. That was a really good experience.
