Wash & Go Carwash

It did a god job… but I wish we had an option to ask for some help, as an older person I have trouble getting to the back window and little things like that … since these new drive-through car washes are taking away our car washes that had people do this stuff for us older folks… I have no problem tipping them.

Vacuums not so great but the wash and air dusters make up for it, i ended getting a membership.not many places know the value of air dusters, especially when their strong, cuts detailing time in half.

Didnt wash my car for weeks, took it here and they didnt have a problem removing the dirt and sap

I like the facilities The prices aren't too bad they used to give you a package When you bought the most expensive one as a member and then they cut it out Or if they did that they should drop the price

It's not a bad spot to quickly get your car cleaned up. It's not going to do as thorough a job as a full-service carwash, but the price is right. If all you need is a quick touch-up, you're in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I only have 2 issues with the place:

1. Some of the vacuum hoses to clean your interior have terrible suction, and are not usually maintained and repaired on a regular basis.

2. Because of the location, there are going to be a few homeless people looking for spare change and recyclables in the waste bins. However they seem to mostly keep to themselves and aren't a bother, but YMMV

Love this place. My truck got really clean, and the part that most like is the free vacuum and free airhose for removing the water between the front panels and grilles.

Great car wash, love the monthly/unlimited subscription only defect is the vacuum hardly work

Got a monthly pass.and it's so worth it! I go about twice a week. Vacuums all work great and the place is always clean

Quick and efficient. I love the vacuums but especially the detailing air compressor left my car sparkling clean.

This is a solid spot.maybe besides the vacuums need a little more power but it's not unbearable. They have promotions for free carwashes all the time too. Also they have airblowers right along side the vacuums.

I paid for the best wash monthly package. I've been told outright we don't get the towel and cleaning product package every time, even though it's advertised for my package. I've only gotten it twice in the few months I've had the membership, I wash my car weekly. Extremely disappointing, otherwise it's a good location.

No interior cleaning kits. And their clean towels werent dry and smelled like wet dog. Not a good experience today

I have not been here in a while, car was dirty. Payment was done easily, choices for car wash was good and within budget. Car came out clean, pulled into vacuum stall, couldn't believe they had towels for you to dry your car. I couldn't believe it! I'm a very happy customer!

This is by far the best car wash in town. I don't care about free towels or vacuums or any of that sort of thing which you get there. Even if you don't see an open stall to vacuum and use the towels which is very rare and has only happened to me one time the spot free rinse does its job and my vehicle is spotless after driving home less than 2 mi away. The staff is always very friendly. If you haven't given this place a shot yet I strongly suggest that you do because you will recognize the extra shine to your vehicle and considerate your new car wash like pretty much every reviewer on this page seems to have done.

Good wash, tho my car is small. Although the wax isn’t quite shiny as I’d like it to be (I got the Ceramic). There is also plenty of spots to park for vacuums.

However, customer service definitely needs work. I wasn’t allowed to get new towels but rather some dirty used ones that were wet. Not sure why I couldn’t get a nice folded dry towel but that was the case. The towels they handed me had twigs and dirt and leaves. Dirty towels causes swirls and more. When I asked for new towels, the workers didn’t want to look at the towel or talk to me about it. It took my persistence to get a new towel and even then he handed it to me in silence and hesitation.

It’s frustrating as a customer to have my legit concerns dismissed and met with a great lack of professionalism. As per my photos, the towels, had I not known better, would definitely scratch my car!

I don’t understand what the fuss is about simply just about towels, but I hope management realizes that at a car wash.towels are a must. If the facility cannot provide clean towels, bring your own!

Mistreatment on the basis of caring for my car’s paint is unacceptable for a car wash. The vacuums are also weak. They do the job but not well.

Hopefully the management takes notes of these issues and improves the place so that I can update my review.

Good place to wash your car but power went out when I was in the car wash Scary For a few minutes

I hate to leave bad reviews but this spot is a rip off. Paid $18 for their top wash and my car was still dirty. The vacuum cleaners didn’t work properly, they didn’t vacuum even a small piece of trash. There are way better car washes nearby. Even the wash behind the gas station does a better job. Oh and no tire dressing and wheels are still dirty. And yes if I pay for it and it’s advertised then I expect it.

I’m a short person, so as I was walking around to throw trash away I ended up hitting my head on the metal vacuum container. Busting it open and bleeding. It’s still bruised over a week later. After further research I found out I wasn’t the only it had happed to. It is a safety hazard. Be careful.
