Words customer service ever bad experience Mexican lady that works there so rude nasty attitude with me and the customers. I will never come back.

Nice place in and out pretty fast knowledgeable person working there. Helped me when I needed it.

I went to this location on 08/22/2021 and I used a washing machine that was malfunctioning. The machine stalled at 11 mins and was just sitting. I asked the attendant for assistance and she restarted it. It stalled again at 5 mins to which the attendant said it is because i used too much soap and I needed fabric softener. I told her never in the numerous times i have used the machines and used excessive soap has it ever stopped the machine from running. I explained that there is no signage the indicates excessive soap will stop the machine and no signage that indicated fabric softener is mandatory. She said that she is responsible for the machines and not the clothes inside, which was unrelated to anything. I asked her if she can at least comp another wash since this happened twice, to which she said no because it was my fault for using to much soap and walked away. I ran it again to remove the excess soap from my clothes cause maybe she was right. It happened again at 11 mins.this time she said that she wont run it unless theres fabric softener I asked her if she can add some as a solution but she told me to buy it. She said no matter how many times she restarts with it wont go down to zero and it wont open it and she walked away! I asked her how am i going to get my clothes but she ignored me. I had to yell at this person because she was being negligent. I even asked her how was able to start restart the washer at all if it was going to malfunction the way she said to which she had no answer. She told me to get my clothes and get out, but it was locked in the broken machine! She restarted it at 11 mins and she decided to add fabric softener. It stalled again at 5 mins without a final spin. I asked her again if she can reimburse me for this massive inconvenience to which she said "my company doesnt reimburse anyone" The machined started again on its own but it never completed a spin cycle so my clothes came out dripping wet. She refused to help me further and refused to provide me her name and corporates phone number.

Mmmmhhh. Where do I start. Ok so some machines are broken. And they really don't care about fixing them. And some machines just take your quarter and nobody's there to give you your quarter back. At least early in the morning no one is there. They have a nice big huge ceiling fan but guess what it's not turned on early in the morning and it's been really hot lately. No a/c and the floor is dirty. Nobody sweeping. It's hard for me to write negative reviews but what makes it easy is when it's the truth. One more thing. The water they use to wash smells like sewer water. No body cares.

The best place to wash in all of SD hands down! Cleanest, friendliest, faster, newer machines give you a better, quicker wash and you can be in and out in a flash! Look them up I'm sure there's one near your home!

Great clean friendly place with tons of machines and staff on site they even do laundry for u. And free soap u can't beat that.

I love the fact that there's always music playing an the vibe feels peaceful an cool plus little Cesar right next door grand open.the staff cool af as well

I like that every time I enter there is an employee cleaning the washers or cleaning the lobby. And Free soap. When you give them $10 for your card to wash they give you $12 back to use in the facility.

Walked in on a woman trying to put a small child inside a washing machine because it wouldn't stop crying.

Machines are always clean and being cleaned Everytime I go. (Weekly) even though I have machines at home. Lol. Free detergent and Wi-Fi too

The place was clean and the attendant. I accidentally left my cell phone there and didn't realize it until a half-hour later. The attendant put my phone in the back office and returned it when I asked her if anyone found a phone?
I'd recommend Wash n Go laundry to anyone. They also have free soap, big screen t.v. 's and free Wi-Fi.

Had a terrible experience with the blond girl working during closing. She was very rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. I arrived at 9: 15 to dry some clothes. Yea, just dry. She tried to turn me away saying the last load was at 9: 00 after berating me.

It is a comfortable place to come and wash your clothes. Very good service.
Especially the manager of that place is very friendly.

Free soap! Never heard of a laundromat that gives free soap to their customers. Restroom is super clean. Free Wi-Fi too.

No masks are required in this laundromat. I am glad that this laundromat is available to many but there are no social distancing guidelines and the lack of masks makes community spread more viable. I hope with time there can be updated steps towards a safer experience for everyone washing and drying. I know it’s not so much the staffs fault as it can be the guests not complying but there can be suggestions made. Other than the lack of safety protocols I think the environment is good and the washers and dryers are functional.
