So very good.getting an appointment was pretty tuff.
However apon arrival shortycat was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
Dr. Change was communicative to my needs of only checking shorty for the condition I wanted to treat.
At 13 yrs.old shortycat is good to go for another few lives.

My dog got stung by a bee. I called Sue she said bring him in. I got their they took Buddie in. The assistant Ivan brought him out. They treated my baby took out the stinger. Thank you Dr. Sara Husain

They gave my little girl a chance to fight. Unfortunately she had to be set free. The staff was wonderful, the Vets were very informative, understanding and empathetic. Because it was and is an emergency hospital i understand the prices. I'm switching all my animal care to this facility.

We were turned away when we brought our 2 month old puppy with a medical emergency due to not having an appointment! F ridiculous. How do you make an appointment during an emergency? !? !? Remove “hospital” and call it a 9-5 clinic because that’s the type of service you get here. IF any. I would give it zero stars if I could, taking our business somewhere else!

I was able to bring my dog in as a walk-in emergency. They told me they would check her vitals and if they were good they would refer me to a different vet because they were backed up. They took her in and 20 mins later I got an update that it was an emergency situation. I gave them permission to do x-rays and bloodwork and got another update with the results an hour later. When the vet gave me updates she was very detailed. Unfortunately I had to put my dog down but the vet/staff were super friendly, professional, understanding, and accommodating.

Although they are busier now during Covid that before, they always provide excellent service. During covid, we wait in our cars rather than inside and the vet calls you for updates o. Your pet. It works pretty well.

Highly recommend this place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Brought my dog in for a bad cut on his eye. Extremely satisfied with their services!

Dr To has been an excellent and wonderful vet for our family, taking care of our Mocha, Golden Retriever and Coffee, Old English Bulldog for many years. Unfortunately, there had been problems from the frontline staff as we tried very hard to schedule an urgent appointment with Dr To but failed. Reluctantly, we had to switch to another Animal Hospital nearby and our Coffee left us and visited Mocha in heaven.

Seems to have good care and staff are helpful; the phone line is ridiculous though. No one picks up.

We brought our dog here and the service was great! Since we are in Covid times, they have truly taken the measures to keep all of us safe while attending to our dog needs and caring for the dog. We checked in waited for an attendee to bring our dog into the facility and the Vet was very kind to send her assistant out to us to give us an explanation of what was needed. They were quite busy but they helped us and took very good care of our dog. Though during Covid times we all need to be patient understand that they are doing their very best to keep our fur babies well.
Thank you Washington Boulevard Animal Hospital, I wouldn't think of taking our fur baby anywhere else! Keep up the good work!

On the way to Mammoth for a vacation, my daughter stopped in Bishop Cal at an animal shelter and fell in love with a precious lil black and white staffordshire/ poodle/ great dane mix. She put him on hold and on her way back home rescued him. 3 days later he had labored breathing and seemed to be lethargic. We both called several (at least 15 diff) animal hospitals to have him checked out. Unfortunately every story was " we are book solid" or that isn't a common procedure for our Drs to perform, so I called Washington Animal Hospital which always has a huge walk in waiting line! 8 times I called to see if there might be a slow time, each call became more heart breaking then the 1st. Finally, I begged and said " this 2 mth old is going to die soon if I can't get him in Very Soon" The nurse finally said get him down here ASAP and we will do everything we can, so within a flash we were there. He was confirmed diagnosed with a diaphragmatic hernia (lower stomach shoved up in his rib cage area), and scheduled the next AM for emergency surgery! Bishop is now 9 mths old and a smart, loving, intelligent lil guy LOVING LIFE. Unfortunately at the time of adoption no one said he had previously been struck by a car.

Great experience, covid protocol followed caring and attentive staff and the wonderful veterinarian

I want to start off by saying that Dr. Bobbit and staff here are amazing! If I had not found this hospital my puppy would not be here by my side today. I brought my pup here mid January for a medical emergency, she was admitted minutes after we arrived and a few days later she had begun to make a speedy recovery. Since then, I have made this place the primary care center for my pets. The staff here care for your pets as if they were theirs. I am truly grateful for the care that was given to my pup during her stay.

I needed to get some special pet food and I checked their website and it says closed Sunday and Monday. Thank goodness that info was wrong. Please update your website.

Excellent service and great affordable prices for everyone. Went in fearing my cat broke her tail but they discovered she only sprained it and gave me some pain pills only cost less that $300 due to the x-ray.

COVID times makes it a bit less personal, which I understand their precautions. I do think their fees are bit on the high end. If you are told you need an inhaler for asthmatic cat, don’t purchase it from there. We did and then saw it online for $40 less. (FYI, X-ray was $120 and reading it another $80).

The doctor did seem genuinely like he cared and provided us with the information to make best informed decision on our cars health. I’ll pay for the service but I will double check consumables from other sources in the future.

We had to euthanize our beloved Cat. The doctor and employees at the Animal Hospital were outstanding. Great facilities too. Highly recommended.

Back in October we brought our dog here in a panic because she was not responding and going stiff. We didn't know what was wrong so we rushed her here. If they hadn't been open my dog would have died. Thank goodness for Dr. Vorhees and the staff here my dog is doing great! Love this place!

Wow you talking about Popeyes Popeyes is the bomb I just had some I think it was yesterday and the night time I'm always everywhere and I'm always trying new plates I'm trying new places but Popeyes come on that's the best come down try it you'll like it

Dr. Hussein is such a wonderful Doctor. My four pawed baby can't speak.so I have to trust Dr. Hussein to be his voice. We chose her like we chose our pediatrician for our children. We trust her implicitly. She is such a caring human being.
