WATER 4U (Alkaline water , water ,vending water machine outside 24/24), Lemon Grove CA

If I could give zero I would. I've been drinking this water for 1 year now and I always thought something was off about the taste. It felt acidic, so I went and got a ph level tester over the weekend and it tested at 4.0 on a ph scale which is acidic, but it is advertised as alkaline water? I'd recommend changing the name or produce the 7.5 p ph water you are advertising before a lawsuit comes your way. This is still a great place with very friendly staff but i wish the water wasn't so acidic cause its very convenient for me to fill up my tanks and go on my way. Great tasting water. 50 cents a gallon is a great Deal. Has carts to unload your heavy water filled bottle. Easy convenient self-serve spouts.

I come here for alkaline water. $7.50 for 5 Gal, can't get nowhere that cheap but this water station.

I left the store and realized once I got home that one of the water containers I purchased was leaking. Like steady constantly drip from under the lid. I called the store, which connects to the son's phone (who doesn't work there) to say this was an issue. He asked me to come right back to fix it but I couldn't that I would need to come the next day the business was open.

The son who answers the phone has nothing to do with the business and won't communicate with his Dad on behalf of the customer. I went back to the store, the owner cut the bottle with a knife to try to even it out and put an added pad on the inside of the lid, but it didn't work. He put a rubber top on that made it look like it wasn't dripping, but when I got home the rubber was completely soaked with water coming out spilling onto the floor.

I called the number again, the son answered. He asked me to drive back AGAIN to the store, with an answer of BUT there are no refunds/exchanges so try to go back. I asked him to speak to the Dad before I go back, saying that is the only thing I ask from them and he kept avoiding the question multiple times instead asking me to please go back to the store.

SO frustrated that I can't talk to the owner and the owner and I tried two minutes of me asking multiple questions multiple ways for soap because he put his hands into the inside of the bottle and scrapped it with a dirty knife and I didn't want to put clean water inside with the bacteria.

I would not recommend anyone buy a gallon of water from this store because they don't back their products and don't give receipts to show proof of purchase

This is one of my go to water spots. I've been coming here a month or two. More lately I've been coming here, for my water. I'll bring my 5 gallon and fill them up. I like the taste of the water and I mix it with other foods etc. Guy who owns it or maybe works there is very nice and polite, the place is always clean. They also sell little other things there like water jugs, water bottles etc

I cant lie, "alkaline" water taste good but it is not alkaline and for that reason I give this place 2 stars because of its false advertising. I also tested their outside dispenser "non alkaline" and it was extremely acid. I am basing my results on the drops shown on picture.
