The lady that helped us was so sweet! She greeted us right away and took our bottles to fill them up. Alkaline water tastes great and the service will keep us coming back. We just moved here and we were looking for a good water place! Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to get water. 35 cents per gallon for the outdoor dispensers that are open 24 hours is so great. Also store owner is very nice and helpful, didn’t have enough cash on me to pay for the remaining couple of gallons to fill my jug and she insisted I filled it and take it for free. Will be getting my water here from now on.

Just happened to find Water Plus on a Riverside-to-Fallbrook bicycle tour. My water bottles were empty, and I was thirsty. I went in expecting to pay some. I filled my bottles and pulled out cash. The generous shopkeeper declined payment. I had very good water to the end of my trip. Very happy to find drinking water sold on tap instead of in throw-away bottles.

Open and friendly staff. They took my empty 3,5 gal bottles. Show me how they can clean inside the bottles and get new caps. $0.35 per gallon. They have plenty of different types water containers

The lady who works here is always super helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions, hook me up with some empty and affordable bottles, and help me clean and refill them quickly and easily. What more could you ask for?

PAID FOR ALKALINE WATER TODAY AND THE LADY WENT TO BACK OF THE MACHINE AND TURNED ALKALINE FEATURE OFF WHEN I WAS FILLING UP MY JUG AND TURNED BACK ON RIGHT BEFORE I FINISHED. It was a 5 gallon jug and cost me $7.50! I took it home and it burned my throat after just drinking one glass! I have been exclusively drinking alkaline water for over 5 years now, so I can tell the difference. I have been there several times in the past and never had this happen before. What a shame. WASTED MY MONEY. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a water store, I've never been to a self service water store before but this place was really nice really clean the young man they're kept it really clean I like it and I will be back.

I have been a customer here for about ten years. I think this is the cleanest water store that I have seen, and it was this way prior to COVID-19. This place has always been clean. The owners and the staff are always topnotch very nice and helpful.

This place supplies great drinking water. I have been monitoring TDS values of the water here. Every time, I see up to 10 ppm, but most of the time it has been zero, compared to our city water reading about 450 ppm, and home filter setup giving about 100 to 300. The water from here tastes very good and refreshing. We have been using six of 3 gallon bottles to make it easy to carry. The outside vending machine works 24 hours. Inside, there are several dispensing stations when the store is open. I thank the store for supplying great water and proving good services.

I have now been going to this store for our filtered water for about 4 years. The place is very clean and well maintained. The water is consistently high quality. I usually bring in 5 - 10 bottles and with the owners assistance I am out of there withing 10-12 minutes. I am very happy to support this business and hope that they will have a long and prosperous future.

So convenient. U can fill more than 2 five gallon jugs at once. They give u a roller to carry out all ur water at once. They sell u water jugs too as well as little treats too. The lady that runs this place is always so friendly and positive. Def worth it. And costs the same if not a lil less than glacier machines

Great place to get yourself some water! Staff is really nice and helpful, this shop is basically open 24 hours, there are water machines that are outside that costs 30 cents per gallon. Really cheap water prices. Only thing is that there is no public bathroom that I am aware of.
