This place is the worst. If you live here, you have to hope that your car doesn’t get broken into or have your catalytic converter stolen. Parking is a joke. 24 hour spots are a joke everyone gets their car towed even if they haven’t been parked for more than 24 hours. The parking is horrible. ALL the condos have mold issues. You will ALWAYS see the clean earth vans here working on someone’s home because of mold. These are apartments that were turned into condos. The gym is a joke. The playground is old and so boring. My kid never wants to play there, children rarely play in it. People in the neighborhood call waterbridge the slums of Rancho Bernardo. Unfortunately it’s the truth. The hotel next door is a halfway house. As soon as our lease is done we are running out of this place. The one good thing I can say is majority of the neighbors are really nice.

If you like to work out, this is not the facility for you. If you don't like working out, you should still go somewhere else. Their fitness center is beyond outdated. The treadmill is a flimsy walker. The elliptical is being held together with ducktape. The machines are jerryrigged with bailing wire. The bench has zero stability. Clearly, they don't care to update their facilities. Save yourself some sanity and don't live here.

There is a lot of 24 hours visitor parking space here. However, tenants are taking over visitor parking spaces due to negligence of management offices. It is almost impossible to park here for visitors. It is impossible for family, relatives and friends to visit. The Office of Management ignores this problem.
