Simply put, they are amazing. Doctors Page and McGrath are the best. They are skilled, compassionate, and OUTSTANDING in their fields. The staff is first rate as well.

Waterhouse is the best! You can tell how much they care and are always willing to help. I happen to have a sensitive puppy and they have been great with her. I'm glad I chose them as my primary vet!

After deciding to take our puppies elsewhere after finding out about a number of junk fees added, and leaving a review about our experience.we requested for our puppies records of which they left detailed notes about a phone call we had regarding my frustration. Not sure how that phone call is relevant to our puppies health. Stated they tried to call me back to apologize. Yeah, that never happened. First they tack on an exam fee when one is not needed then add vaccination shots that are not typical just to get you to come back for more visits. Avoid this Animal Hospital at all "Costs"!

EXPENSIVE and non-flexible with treatment plans. Wants you to buy everything through their office and pushes unnecessary tests up-front.

Avoid this Animal Hospital at all costs. Unless you like paying exam fees (junk fees just to increase their bottom line) everything time your pups have to get a vaccination done. Pretty sure the vaccinations are done by a tech. And then they told my wife that because the puppies are little we should do a 4th shot in a few weeks. REALLY? Sure it's not just to tack on more exam fees. If they add this junk fee to basic vaccinations, imagine what they may add on for more serious matters.

Got a call to reschedule my dog’s appointment, but they put me on hold for like 10 mins. When I finally spoke to someone, the lady was trying to rush me off the phone and just said, “okay, bye! ” Her customer service was horrible!
