Watermarke Community Association, Irvine CA

The community in past had a better management. The last 3 years it was by first service residential and Kelsey Mosse was the manager.she was damaging the community with multiple ways, by her threatening behaviors, no management education and problem solving disabilities.
We sold our unit on November.

Beautiful pool and the condos that are there are very nice. They also grow kumquats inside the pools which also have a clubhouse and a gym.

This is a very nice location to live in, except if you are a COLLEGE STUDENT AND YOU LIKE TO PARTY and make noises, I DO NOT recommend living at that location. This neighborhood is very very quite and the people who live there are having a professional job and like to keep it clean and quite.

Great condos to own. Very happy with my purchase. Quiet professional atmosphere with top notch amenities across the street from a large nature reserve. My friends that come love it here. Plenty of visitor parking. Did i mention awesome amenities?

The Watermarke is a truly special place. I rented a unit here for a short time and wish I could have stayed longer. It has a great clubhouse, beautiful architecture and an attention to detail you don't typically find in a condo.unless you're in Irvine.

The home owners association president was really friendly too!

Hoa's are low and amenities are awesome, and so is the Hoa Board!

Just went to a party at the clubhouse. Amenities seemed great. A couple of hot tubs and a pool on the outside. Movie theater, pool table and a couple of rooms to lounge in on the inside.

Cell service sucks and overpriced.but, has gated underground parking and some nice ammenitites, and my ex wife lives here.soooo
