. The crew was amazing. I have never seen such detail and organization. They showed me what was going to be done each day. They started everyday at 7: 00, the work ethic nothing like I have ever seen! I would use them again and recommend them highly. Plus, a ten year warranty. We will be using them for any concrete resurfacing we need in the future.

We used VS Construction to repair a poorly maintained waterproof deck in our small townhouse complex. They warned me that the scope of the work could increase when they opened up the deck, and it did. They updated their bid, which was still reasonable, and completed the job in a very professional manner. Workmanship was excellent. Communication was good. No surprises. I'm a new homeowner and I discovered an issue with my home so I reached out to Waterproofing San Diego via Google over the weekend. Alex responded back immediately and told me he would reach out to me Monday regarding the issue. Fast forward Monday and we were able to schedule some time for him to come look at the problem. He was very upfront, informative and professional. He was able to tell me what the issues were and ways to resolve them. He gave me options on where I can save money either by having my bf do it or by his company. He suggested we do it ourselves then to keep him updated if there were still problems and he would come back out to tell me what I need to do. Before I had him come out I was very stressed out and had anxiety about the issue. But he really help me calm down by explaining to me what could be done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with water issues. Or at least call and get his opinion on your problems. He will definitely be in my contact list if I ever have another issue!

We were recommended Waterproofing SD by a friend. We called to have a quote. They came out they were very professional, gave us an immediate quote and were lower than the other quotes we received. We agreed. They came back when promised the whole crew very nice, clean, on time and finished when promised which doesn't happen frequently. I would highly recommend Waterproofing SD. Very responsive to my request for a rough estimate, was able to quickly give me some basic numbers so I could decide whether it's feasible to move forward.

My old balcony was leaking into my garage. I had 3 different companies come out to give me an estimate. I decided to go with VS Construction Waterproofing Contractor because their bid was very reasonable and Alex was very responsive in all my communications with him which is very important to me. He explained exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done. His team were all very nice people, did excellent work, and cleaned up each day after the work was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I'm sure I will be calling them again for other projects in the future.

Alex was our saving grace when it came to waterproofing our balcony. He was excellent, always on time, and EVEN offered to complete the repair on 7AM on a SATURDAY! We were thrilled with his flexibility and excellent communication skills. Alex made sure to not over-sell us on a complete repair (which we didn't need) and offered very reasonable prices.
