This must be the best service call I have ever had. I had previously been with another company. The engineer simply could not make sense of the problem. Why? Because it was all about selling me a new system.

In contrast, Waters’ Engineer, Mr Kelly Quashnik, fixed my heating system in record time, replacing an worn-out capacitor along the way - no problem. His approach was one of outstanding professionalism, with clear explanations to the customer, leaving my system functioning and my home warm… while engineer from the other local company left me living in cold, miserable conditions.

Thank you very much for your excellent and exemplary service. You put the others to shame, believe me!

Removed older residential packaged Propane gas heat & electric A/C air handling systems (2 each) with HEAT PUMP AIR HANDLING SYSTEMS. More recently to troubleshoot a problem with a thermostat and a fusebox issue.

We had an issue this morning, called and it was fixed by 1P today. We were extremely pleased with the response to our situation.thank you.

Heater wasn't working. They came right out and got it going. Also installed a simple thermostat. While they were hear noticed a puddle of water. Toilet was leaking. They installed a new wax gasket. All good.

What a great team! Great customer service and top notch communication! Working with Anthony, Debbie and Patti has been like working with my own family. They really care as if the project was taking place in their own homes. I know there were others involved who were just as good, but I can’t remember their names.

Happy to have hot water again and the Waters Plumbing tech did a nice job installing the new water heater. Response was good, next day after call.
Disappointed the first replacement he'd brought was damaged out of the box and necessitated an extra trip to fetch another. Another trip necessary for a replacement check valve. Disappointed too in the final price quoted for parts & labor after work completed. Quite a markup. Otherwise would have rated 5 stars.

Anthony was amazing! He treated us like family and not a random person to scam. We received the best service, our HVAC system went from dysfunctional to high performing, and we were reasonably charged. If we ever need assistance again, we will only work with Waters Plumbing Heating & Air.

Responsive, professional, ontime. On demand water system was making terrible sounds. Justin diagnosed the problem and fixed. Also fixed some leaks and my Radiant floor issue.

I scheduled an annual winter checkup and, boy, am I glad I did! Kelly discovered a problem that we can have fixed BEFORE we need the heat this winter.

I contacted Waters Plumbing with some HVAC questions and talked to Anthony. He answered any question I asked him, explaining things well. So I scheduled an appointment for him to come out. He came out the next morning and was very through looking at everything, taking measurements. He advised that I should have the estimate the next day and if I have any more questions to call him. I appreciate his knowledge and willingness to help me as I’m taking time in figuring out what would be the best HVAC for our home.
