Waterstone Alta Loma

Upon entering Waterstone, I felt the community would be really nice, as it look well maintained from the street view. As I went into the leasing office, I was not greeted, just sort of stared at like I was being bothersome that I was coming to inquire about a 1 or 2 bedroom. Nancy was the leasing agent that I was speaking with. She did not want to tour me and as we went to the amenities she made me look through the glass window at the pool instead of just opening the door and us going out and taking a look. She said, "oh the door isn't open we can just look from here", I was like oh is it closed down for some reason, and she said, "No" very snarly, never took me to look at it anything else and we just went back to the front and I left. I was never even asked for my name throughout the entire visit. I asked for information to take with me, that I felt was reluctantly given to me. I felt racially profiled at the way she was treating me and looking at me as if I could not afford to live here anyway. Not once did she ask for my contact info on how to follow up with me or even how I could tour online. The only thing she did do was stare at me up and down until the end of my visit. Little did she know, I am a Realtor in the area and I look for subdivisions for my rental clients. I will not refer them or anyone else to this community to have to endure the experience that I received. Hopefully they find someone who actually wants to be a great representative of this property mgmt co.
