The waiting area has free Wi-Fi, coffee, water, soda for customers. A worktable, comfortable chairs, wall TV, quiet area. Restrooms available right next to the waiting area. The staff is very accommodating. The service is usually performed while you wait, or they always offer me a loaner vehicle or a ride to wherever I need to go locally. Its a smaller dealership, and the staff knows me and remembers me every time I come in. I haven't found that at dealerships in the Bay Area.
This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I felt like a valued customer by everyone I encountered. Jeffrey was knowledgeable, kind and patient. I would like acknowledge Adan at the service department. The last several times I have had to take my car in for repairs, he’s made the process very easy and quick. He kept me updated with the process and gets the job done in a timely manner. He even arranged for shuttle services. I recommend anyone to connect with him for any services needed.
Very nice and clean dealership. Very experience staff. Owner is a nice person in car business for long time. You will see good selection of new and pre owned vehicles. General manager is second generation car guy. Used car director Mike Gabbani is also great guy.

People were mostly pleasant. Car was washed:)
