Shopping for a used car is not fun. We went to several dealerships and they all lived up to the typical high pressure sales pitch. This dealership is unlike others and definitely worth the ride. Dealing with Rick Hernandez was a refreshing experience. He was very knowledgeable, personable and honest. The support staff was friendly and willing to take the time to answer all our questions and make us feel comfortable with our purchase. The purchase process was streamlined and quick. When we came to pick up the car we had several requests; Rick and his team would not let us leave until we felt everything was addressed and to our liking. I wish we would have found this dealership years ago; we are coming back here again for out next car purchase. Thank you Rick and Watsonville Ford!

I find them to be an HONEST dealership, and like them from both from a sales and service point of view. We bought a new car from them a couple of years ago, and needing to buy a second car we went back again. It does mean we've put all our eggs in one basket, so to speak, so I'll update this review if things change but so far we've never had anything other than a pleasant & reliable service, and we certainly wouldn't have gone back if we hadn't appreciated them the first time around. The only thing I'd forewarn about is that some sales people can be more pushy than others (but that's the nature of car sales) so do prepare for that. All still likeable though, and a bit of fun, but just so you know in advance. I wasn't asked or prompted to write a review.

Very dissapointed with the serve. Told a part needed to be ordered for a malfunctionin camera. After 1 month I had to call them to get an apointment. They said "Oh yeh. Sorry we forgot to call you. It's been in for a while" After oil change my husband checked the air filters and neither of them had been changed. Tires were not rotated. I marked the tires so I know. The air pressure wasn't checked or adjusted either. So what exactly did they do? They used to do a quick outside cleaning of the car when done. Not anymore. I guess they didn't have time. I will be going somewhere else in the future.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the staff here. From purchasing my vehicle 3 years ago to getting the maintenance when time comes, everyone is professional and helpful.

My car broke down on the way to work. Other local fords were at least 2 weeks out until they could look at my car. Watsonville said they would do their best to look at it the same week. They got it Wednesday morning and it was done Thursday. Communication was great.

I had a great experience with affordable service. Here I thought that it was going to be more costly but the service rep Adolfo really did what he said and got me a smog and oil service and helped me fix my extra key no charge. Will definitely go back for service needs.
