Went to the this location for a tasting, had a great experience so I decided to join their wine club. Have been a member for serval years and every time I reach out with a concern I get terrible customer service. Don’t join their wine club. The wine doesn’t arrive in the best condition and their customer service to their wine club member is rude and unhelpful. I cancelled my membership and won’t be joining again.
