WAVE Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Center, San Francisco CA

I recently had Ultherapy at a beauty clinic, and I'm so happy with the results! I was looking for a non-surgical way to lift my skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and Ultherapy was the perfect solution.

My nurse Pauline was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained the procedure to me in detail and answered all of my questions. She was also very gentle and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. I felt very relaxed and at ease during the procedure, which made it a much more positive experience.

Love this place and their services.

After 3 treatments of morpheus 8, it really helps me with my skin texture and acne scarring.

Cathy was my esthetician and she was amazing. The whole process was so relaxing and thorough. My skin always looked great after my hydra facials. I am so glad she let me know about the facial promotion going on this month. I just purchased a package and can’t wait to do my next facial with her. She was also very patient with me when scheduling my facial appointments before and after my NYC/LV trip in May. She also recommended some really good sunscreen products for me. Not Recommended Wave in SF due to logistic reasons, unless you live really close and you can go for unlimited waiting time during the week.
SF Wave is apparently understaffed and inefficient. I wait 30mins to 1 hour every time before my treatment since “the room is not ready” I fell asleep several times.
For any basic treatment (hydra facial/CoolSculpting/Botox), average waiting time is a month. It is very hard to do several treatments at once since “ the nurses do not work at the same day”
Cancellation is really strict that I have been charged 200 USD for changing my appointment.

Wave in LA is much better and more efficient.

April 1, I went to WAVE’s office again to get the second injection (the second month) of "Sculptra“. It feels good Dr Bee Lee was very kind and friendly; WAVE's beauty assistants are very nice and smiling; especially the beauty assistant Alice was even sweeter and nicer…. The CEO of Peter Lee of M. D was super kindly and nicely too! Id love to go to see them again and again!

I was helped by Pauline for my HIFU treatment. I had a great experience. She explained every step of the procedure in a clear fashion and she was very professional.
