18Save your time and sanity. Utilize ANY other Wave imaging center. They have demonstrated a lack of management and staff consistently over 2 years. There is always a wait of over an hour WITH an appointment and consistently turned away after said hour due to "staff shortages ", machine not working, lost appointment or other excuse and this is for a regular Xray, CT scan, mammogram and MRI! I have given each a try. Go to the Orange location! Super busy but better organized and wait times are less. The Orange branch is very professional and courteous. The company needs to re-evaluate the competency of the Garden Grove office.
Worst experience ever with these people. They do not know how to do their job and will make your life so stressful. Call a week before your appointment and make have sent out approval to your insurance. They won’t do it until last minute and you’ll need to reschedule. Seriously worst experience of my life
The receptionists are not helpful. They do not want to assist patient. I walked in at this location 2 times and they do not show me how to get my X -ray. Two receptionists are not professional.
They don't answer their phone. When I finally got someone on the phone I asked them why they sent me a text saying to fill out paperwork when they did not send me a link to fill out anything. Then I confirmed phone number and she repeated a phone number I don't have. This place is a joke.
No notice of m.r. I.exp. From this place, going to and advising all others check other radiology site first.
Save yourself from such treacherous place. Their walk-in for xray is absolutely ridiculous. They tell you one hour and I ended up waiting for almost 3 hours to no avail. Not to mention the discourteous and appallingly rude customer service from the male front desk employee who occasionally yells at the patients. I'm simply appalled and shocked by this place of service. Save yourself from such treachery!
I have been refer by my doctor to this place. I hear good things about it. But waste of time, no one answers the phone. Very disappointed.
My appointment was set for 3: 15, I arrived at 3: 15 pm, having already filled out my forms online. Unfortunately, a female nurse with the pink dress told me am not going to do over time for you and she use the "F" word Really!?

This place is super frustrating. I’ve tried to come and get an x-ray twice now and both times they weren’t doing x-rays. I tried to call and verify the second time and no one answered the phone. Very unprofessional!
Forced me to get an X-ray before allowing me to get MRI because I admitted to using a hack saw on a pipe 20 years ago even though I’ve had two mri since then.
No hand sanitizer available at this site, chairs not distanced 6 feet apart, and pens for patient use not sanitized between uses. CT tech was very difficult to understand and had to dig around, trying to find a vein to inject contrast meds.twice! Post procedure instructions were hard to understand and pre procedure instructions were also vague. No instruction was given on whether or not to take my regular medications the night before or the morning of the procedure.
My appointment was set for 10: 40 am, I arrived at 10: 40 am, having already filled out my forms online. Unfortunately, I wasn’t seen until 11: 30 am. Folks were nice and pleasant. Inadequate signage as to location in the building.
Not sure if they thoroughly did the ultrasound sound on the entire affected area. I will have to wait for the doctor's findings in order to give an appropriate review.
The girls working there have the process down, very organized and prompt. I walked in for a chest exray because you can't make an appt, I only waited about 35 min all together and the cray took 5 min. I will use this place again because I am very happy with the experience.
Could someone please "fix" the front door? It gets stuck and Elderly patients can't push it open and some think the place is closed. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM.
The woman at the front desk in room105, whose name is Emily, was very nice. She went way over her duties to help me. I got complete satisfaction. Thank you Emily, you were so kind. Ronald Barnes 7-30-20
They sent me paperwork online in advance and I was able to fill it out the night before. Didn't have to spend much time waiting because paper work was done so I was able to get back to work within my lunch hour. Overall experience was good. I was in and out. The tech and front desk staff were nice and professional. The only issue I had was the cup of shared pens and lack of hand sanitizer in the lobby. However, I was able to wash my hands in the restroom. Could be a little more covid conscious, but otherwise awesome!
I love Garden Grove Advanced Imaging Center the staff is great. Their office is always clean and professional. I would recommend this Center to anybody who needs to have any type of x-ray or an ultrasound. I have never had a bad experience in the past eight maybe nine years I've been coming here.
