Didn’t have to wait too long and everything was very smooth. I specifically came here for the open MRI that is not available everywhere and great for those of us with claustrophobia.
Very satisfied with my visit but have a few comments.
The suggestion for improvement would be to have better communication at the front desk. While the communication wasn’t that poor, I sat for 20 min after my scheduled appointment and had to ask at the counter if they skipped me as a patient who came in after me was called first. Not that big of a deal but gets a four not a five.
The lady who did my CT scan was very good and gave me clear instructions making me feel comfortable and helped me relax, she seemed very experienced in her job and a good communicator.
Very nice clean place, stuff was very well organized and I was walk-in patient and no problem at all. Thank you for your hard work

Excellent service, clean facility friendly employees. Only negative is the restroom is way in the back. Us old people need easier access to restrooms
The place was really clean and the staff attentive. They don’t have Wi-Fi for patients though.
Does not give the correct address to their New Port Beach address on avocado avenue I tried for an hour or two trying to find this place in the staff was not helpful
Appointment was for 1035 they didn’t take me back till 1105. Overheard others in the waiting room saying, “why is this location always so far behind on their appointments? ” So maybe you guys can work on that. Loved the technician though, she was wonderful, as well as the front staff.
Beautiful location, clean open waiting area. Restrooms in the same lobby easy access. Parking was also easy considering it is on Coast Hwy.
Nicole the ultrasound technician was the very essence of empathy and professionalism in a healthcare setting.
Entrance is very beautiful with 2 chandeliers. Staff a blend of personal and professional. Attendant calmed my anxiety over my first MRI. Thank you.

Great people. Very attentive to all of their patients. I'm claustrophobic and the Open MRI was just what the doctor ordered!
