WCMP: West Coast Metropolitan Patrol, Garden Grove CA

Absolutely worthless. They don't show up half the time and when they do, the person walks onto the property and leaves in less than a minute. He gets bonus points for leaving the security gate wide open behind him.

It isn't just the one guard, the last one was just as useless. That one stayed on property for 4-5 minutes standing in one place.

Company doesn't care, they are collecting money for services not rendered.

Best security company I've ever seen. Professional staff, uniforms, and vehicles. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Terrible security company. The security guard, Jeff Sanders, starts patrol of the apartment complex at 10pm at night, but decides to wait until 3am, when everyone is asleep, to tow actual residents cars out of their own carport. As a woman I personally didn't feel comfortable with him, as he was very confrontational, was dressed exactly like a police officer, even with a badge and gun, and aggressively answered my questions at 3 in the morning when I simply asked why he was towing the car, as it was parked in my own carport and no one had complained. For anything in the future I will be calling the police, and not security, as it does not make be feel safe, and if I was the apartment complex I'd hire a new security company, because I'm giving notice and moving out because of this.

My apartment hired on a new girl for security and she had a personal problem with me and was making problems for me. She would wait until I left my apt to harrass and follow me around. She threatened to get my car towed and call cops on me even though I didn't do anything. She followed me on her day off of work. And cussed me and my roommate out and completely unprofessional.

Company that doesn't actually do their job. My complex is plagued with illegally parked cars and they continue to do absolutely nothing. Inside the complex is supposed to be permitted parking only. Half the cars never move and don't have the permit displayed. Do not use this company. They just want the monthly payments. Monterey Villa residents are sick of this company. Multiple vehicles have also been broke into and literally left on blocks after someone took the wheels DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

These a holes are the worst. When you have an issue and try to communicate with them, they are impossible to reach

So this company has apparently been patrolling our apartment complex. I’ve lived here for a year now and I’ve seen a guard only twice! I’ve physically went on foot at night in search of the guard only to always come up empty. To top it off we had 10 CAR BREAK INS IN ONE NIGHT! This was a couple weeks ago and I see someone trash digging so I call dispatch tonight 3/3/19 @2315hrs and the operator just DGAF! I asked her to send a patrol because of the break ins and the transient to which she replied which dumpster, how can I send someone if you don’t know which one? LIKE OBVIOUSLY JUST COME AND DO A DAMN PATROL! What a joke!

West Coast Metropolitan Patrol has been patrolling my apartment community for about a year now. Before they started, there were car break-ins and parking was very unorganized. Since they have been here, everything changed for the better. They have been very helpful and are highly recommended.
