Being a business owner as we both know is a tough thing these days. Most of the time we only get feedback from customers when things go wrong or the customer has a complaint. Today I would like to say just the opposite for your company (WCR). I would like to reach out and tell you how important your business has been to our growing Masonry business. WCR produces great products for the masonry business. Your follow through is second to none. Your ship dates and or will call dates are always spot on. Working with WCR makes my job a whole bunch easier!
