The absolute worst kiosk in the mall. They sell cheap/faulty phone parts and when confronted about it they deny and ask for more money. Do not bring your devices here and definitely do not spend your hard earned money on their terrible service.

Asked for a repair they gave me a price, I agreed no questions asked they said it would take 20 minutes for the repair. I agreed and said I will wait in the area while my phone is being worked on. They refused my business because it is a company policy that they cannot have you at they’re storefront while your phone is being worked on sounds shady to me.

My cousin got her phone repaired here a few times within the span of two weeks, and the phone kept breaking. She got her phone repaired once after it broke, and then had to return because she cracked the screen (mostly her fault, but also the screen was very weak anyways). Once she got it repaired a second time, the phone stopped working after a few days. She hadn't touched it, hadn't done anything to it for the entire day, but for no reason at all, the phone screen stopped working. You couldn't see anything, and everything was black. She came back here for a third time, and this time, they took very long to repair her phone. On the day we had to pick it up, they gave us the wrong time and so we had to wait a few hours and go back to pick it up. Now, not even 12 hours after the repair, the phone screen has turned black again and won't turn on. It's probably not the software, as you can still feel the phone buzzing when you plug it in to charge, and when you try to hard reset, nothing happens. These guys have messed up her phone so bad. Don't trust them. Most of the 5 star reviews for here also seems super fake. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Took a phone in with no damage only charging issues. I was told it was fixable and that it would take 4 days, and charged $120 4 weeks later I had to show up after no replies to my phone calls to inquire about my phone. I was told the phone doesn't work and it was water damaged, and the screen was changed. I was given a refund and the phone back damaged, and not fixed. Mind you the phone was never exposed to water.
I took it to another repair shop, and was told it was just the charging port, it was changed and the phone works and I was charged $60.
Just sharing my experience.

Please do not take your phones and those scammers ask samsung or apple for help, they take longer but the work that gives quality.
They are thieves with thieves policies, they do not return the money nor are they responsible for the job, please do not take your phones to that place, you lose money and your phones.
They're thieves.

I paid $275 for a iPhone 11 screen repair. Afterwards, the screen looked nice, touch worked intermittently, and the phone would shut off for no particular reason. I would not recommend this company and urge people to get their screens fixed at an Apple approved center and to use Apple parts.
