Extremely disappointed with the communication that’s been provided to me. I’ve had to constantly call for updates and there’s been a lack of commitments with future schedules, phone call, and emails
I was returning customer and paid to build a trust for my business and it’s just been apologies after another. I understand, business is busy but when you charge your customers in full prior to starting, then customers should be entitled to communication with the process and service.
Your customers are also busy and they count on your service.
