Wedgewood Weddings Carmel

Our wedding was fabulous! The staff answered every question in timely fashion, the vendors were amazing and easy to work with, the binder covered every detail. Every single part was wonderful (and sooo much less stressful)!

My wife and I had our wedding Carmel Fields by Wedgewood Weddings two years ago. It was the best decision in the wedding process because they did everything for us and provided great service, food and views. Tori our wedding coordinator did everything for us the day of wedding so very stress free. Kendalyn helped us throughout the whole process that includes booking flowers, DJ, food and more. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

My wife and I got married here in March 2018 and it was the perfect venue for us as we wanted the ceremony on a beach with the reception indoors nearby. We worked with Kendalyn and she was amazing, very responsive and patient with all our questions. She was just as enthusiastic as us throughout the whole planning and gave us excellent advice and feedback. I highly recommend Wedgewood Weddings.

The staff was tremendous. Answered questions quickly (and we had a lot). It’s difficult to plan a wedding when you’re over 4 hours away, but we felt at ease with the staff.

The ceremony site was beautiful and arranged well. The sound system wasn’t consistently working, but we rolled with it. The reception was decorated perfectly. The food was amazing. Definitely recommend this venue.

My husband and I live in North Carolina, but we are natives of California. Our entire family is in CA and that is why we wanted to ensure we got married there. Wedge Wood Carmel and their all inclusive packaging really helped take the stress out of wedding planning across the country. I loved that I was able to customize my package, I LOVED the wedding cake vendor the recommended (I Do Wedding Cakes located in Morgan Hill), and I loved the photographer they recommend in their packages (A Perfect Impression). The DJ was awesome and really understood what we wanted. The staff and servers were wonderful. I would definitely recommend!

Stunning location, perfect backdrop for photos and close to the beach if you want beach photos. My wedding was almost 2 years ago and we’re still getting compliments on a beautiful wedding. The food was fantastic and wish I could order form the kitchen on the regular! They worked with my budget and were always available to answer my questions. This was a destination wedding for us so they’re recommended vendors and affiliate companies were great to work with! We had a few small snafus with our personal vendors (outside of Wedgewood so at no fault of their own) and their staff made sure our night was as perfect as can be! If my husband and I could do it all over again we would in a heartbeat! I wish I could relive such a beautiful night! Thanks Wedgewood Carmel team!

From beginning to end the staff made this a wedding dream come true, making wedding planning a breeze. The site was gorgeous and we brought all our decorations and Wedgewood set everything up exceeding my expectations! We had a few minor requests and Wedgewood was wonderful about accommodating! So happy we went through Wedgewood for our wedding! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you staff for all you do making this process and simple and painless experience.

I just want to say thank you for making this day wonderful. Marisa was the BEST! My day was smooth and stress free. I could not have asked for a better wedding team. The venue is beautiful as always. Sirena was also amazing! She took such good care of Terence and I. You are all rock stars <3 The three years I was engaged had it's rocky points, but you guys did your best to be flexible with me and all my little bumps in the road. Your help is so, so appreciated. I am legitimately going to renew my vows here in 10 years, hahaha! Even if not here, I will find Marisa and fly her out to where ever I am! Love you guys. Thank you for making this the most special day of my life. I will never forget it or your kindness.
The venue is amazing. Getting it all inclusive and not having to deal with the stress of coordinating multiple vendors and payments is so worth it. The staff are all 5 stars. The Brunch was absolutely to die for.

Had a BLAST today. We are from Los Angeles and drove up to my niece's wedding! The atmosphere was electric and the food was delicious!

My brother had a wedding here on the beach. I was the singer. I was scheduled to be there a few hours earlier than the start time to rehearse with the mic and mic check. When i got to the beach they were setting up everything still. There is a long driveway to get to where they were setting up so i drove in and parked because i was in heels and it was deep sand and hard stomnes and rocks. The skinny tall fella with the long hair was extremely rude to me immidiately the moment i got ut my car. He told me i couldnt park there and needed to park way up the road where the rest of the guest will be parking.i let him know i just needed to do a mic check and i would be out their hair in less than 10 minutes. He informed me that the DJ wasnt even there yet so i decided to wait due to him saying it may be only 20 minutes before DJ arrives. (This area had about 4 more other parking spots available let me be clear on that) So a few minutes later the Coordinator of wedgewood pulled in and in what i would call rude attitude reiterated to me i couldnt park there. Her reason was that the bride would be pulling in that area.i am the grooms sister and it was about an hour and a half before the bride was going to even get in the vehicle to be brought down (i know this because i had just spoke to her) so at this point i could tell this was some sort of power struggle that was taking place with this woman so i decided to give her my number and ask her to call me when the DJ got there. She agreed and told me i could park back there when i got back. Once i came back and parked where it was said to be ok now this womn developed amnesia and aggressively told me i once again couldnt park there and at this point seemed very flustered.i reminded her that she had just told me when i came back it was fine to park there.i was not going to walk half a mile in wedding attire and shoes.i do not apprecite her making a big deal out of parking in a spot where my sister was not due to arrive for another hour. I wlked away to spare an argument and begin to do my mic check.about 10 minutes go by and she comes over to me in front of many guests that had already started arriving and was raising her voice. She was told by 3 different people to lower her voice in front of the guest. She then tells me that if i dont move my car shes gong to call the sherrif on me. She threatened the grooms sister and wedding singer.who does that? Wow. She also would not allow the AUnt that was in a wheelchair to be driven down this same long road. She was going to make the family have to push a wheel chair through sand instead of allowing them to just drive up this road to let her out close enought to get through. I dont understand what this womans prolem was and is but she upset alot of people in both the groom and brides family.the professionalism was a No for me. Thumbs down. She has short hair but i dont recall her name.id never recommend her to be in control of any important events.

I've been photographing weddings here for a while and love interacting with the wonderful staff! They are such a fun group of people and make work feel more like a family event. They are so well organized and definitely know how to make notoriously stressful events fun and relaxed!

Beautiful place to have a 6pm wedding. Views are great, not too hot, but be warned that the sun will be in your face if your are part of the wedding party standing at the gazebo. This used to be an old golf course turned into a park and a wedding venue. The food was great at the reception, we had the steak and salmon which were delicious, considering it is a wedding reception.

The place used to be a golf course and it shows it’s not anymore. Rundown structure and a very small place on site for ceremony that would have had a nice view before but now all you see is weeds and a ugly chain link fence. Carpets need replacing in ball room and overall buildings need some tlc. Prices were high for a very poor ofering

We had our wedding on the beach and the reception here. From the beginning of the planning to the reception, everything went great. The wedding planners were extremely helpful and walked us through the whole process. We got a lot of good feedback from our guests and everyone thought the food was very good.

I've only been to two wedding receptions but the food here was excellent and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive.

Cool spot for a wedding. Park like setting where there used to be a golf course. The appetizers and buffet was a ton of good food.

Attended a Fall wedding on the beach and then reception at the club. Food was very good. Sorry I can't speak to working with staff or making wedding arrangements but the food was good and everything seemed to run smoothly.

I had my wedding here Wedgewood weddings Carmel. My only advice to whoever sees this review is please do your homework ask questions on top of questions make sure you get a complete understanding before you sign any paperwork and before you pick this venue. Don't get me the wrong the venue is very nice the food is extremely good very tasteful. Like I said before you sign anything make sure you read everything and I don't just read everything over and over make sure you understand and don't be afraid to ask questions. I had a couple of issues and they weren't very nice of course it was after I sign the contract. I am just happy it's over and I just wish that I would have took my time to find the perfect venue.

We considered this as a wedding venue but we're very unhappy. The women we met with was very nice and knowledgeable but the venue itself was not well kept or very clean. The windows were dirty and the tables set up in the banquet hall had dirty glasses and plates. They said they may be going through a renovation but there was no definitive answer.
