Biran came out late on a sunday night and saved our door. It could have been really involved and expensive but he found a way tk get us back in working order

We had the good fortune to have brian the Technician come to our rescue to get our Garage Door back in a working condition. We thought we needed new Springs, but it turned out we also needed a new Motor. Brian was very efficient, friendly, Safety conscious and knew exactly what needed to be done. I would recommend brian to anyone that needs his Service. Thank you.

I have to admit that I didn’t trust brian at the beginning and I didn’t know how the market is inflated now. I backed out of the initial agreement with David to fix/replace my garage door opener problem because I received quotes from other companies with lower prices over the phone.brian was so nice that he didn’t try to force me to make a deal with him now or never. Instead he explained that quotes over the phone were usually lower and they would charge more usually after on site estimates. He gave me time to contact the other companies, compare the prices and come back to him later. I did and found out everything David said was true. Brian offered me a good and competitive price in the market. I felt embarrassed and ashamed to be honest. But when I came back to David and he was still kind and patient. He arranged an appointment immediately to replace my garage door opener on the same day which made our life easier with a working garage door opener. Brian is definitely a good person and is the one that I would like to do business with.

I have to mention Brian as well who did the installation of a new garage door opener. He did a great job. He is a nice guy and answered every questions I asked patiently.
