Johnathan was extremely helpful when it came to the process of purchasing our first brand new pilot. He was very educational about the process and options, and detailed about different features with the vehicle. With have multiple drivers in the home, we feel confident about connecting and reaching out future car needs. Can’t go wrong with Honda, and the staff was great as well.

This review is for service department customer service agent - David Baneulos. I left my car at 3pm on Tuesday for diagnostic test for 7am next day with appointment over the phone. When I got there with AAA towing truck, David said he can't honor my appointment that I made over the phone but I have to go back into the queue and wait for it the next day. Apparently, they don't honor appointments for diagnostic. Why did they make me make an appointment over the phone then? Long story short, it took them 2 days to figure out that my battery needs replacement which is caused by circuit from an alarm system that was installed by Honda dealer. Then, takes another day to replace the battery and take the alarm off. So slow.which all this is fine but they only called me once throughout four days while my car was in the shop. I was the one who contantly called to ask for the status. Lack of communication. He had the audacity to tell me that he reached out to me and left a message which I have never received. Maybe he called the wrong person or never hit the send bottom.anyone know any good mechanics for Honda? Honda dealers are not keeping up with their motto.

Jesus gave me the best service & kept me updated throughout the entire process. Also so quick! My car was ready in less than a day. Coming back here for all my future services

Weir Canyon Honda-Everyone is patient, thorough and friendly. It all started with Jonathan Formo in sales. An incredible, knowledgeable, and pleasant individual. HE always went above and beyond to satisfy me on all requests. Great individual!

It took about a month of going back and forth via text and phone calls with my sales rep John. He was patient and thorough thru out the whole process letting me know when certain models and colors came in the stock. Overall, the smoothest experience getting a new car.

Made an appointment because the freon in my AC was low. I let them know I would be waiting there for my car when I made the appointment several days in advance. When I arrived, the employee who walked up to me had a 10 second conversation with me where he said it would take 2 to 3 days to check out the AC and I said I needed my car before that, that's why I answered Hondas question about waiting for the car or needing a shuttle home by saying I would be waiting, and he said bye and walked away.
What is the point of an appointment for a 15-minute fix if they are going to take the car for 2 to 3 days? The customer service was shameful. They wasted my time by not letting my know they would be keeping the car there, and they were incredibly rude and lacked even they must basic people skills. I bought my Honda Civic from this location 6 years ago and the service was great back then. The service department has really gone down hill since then. I will never go back to this location for service or to buy a car. So much for "helpful Honda" people.

Weir Canyon Honda has some of the best service advisors and quality mechanics around! My wife and I are impressed with the service and repairs we have received over the past few years. Mark W.goes above and beyond each time for us which makes us want to buy another Honda.

BUYER BEWARE! This is NOT a good dealership if you're looking to finance a car. Firstly, they will attempt to have you purchase several add-on purchases to the vehicle and they will insist they cannot remove them, or they are required for purchase WHEN THEY ARE NOT! They are: a Cilajet paint sealant for $1,995 and an additional alarm system by Rockledge for $1,295. These items are not listed in the stock price of any vehicle for sale, NEW or USED! Secondly, do not purchase an extended warranty from them. We made that mistake and they didn't furnish us with a copy of the warranty contract and made claims that the warranty covered both, 'the engine and brakes. ' In reality; after getting a copy of the contract from the warranty company directly, we found out it only covered some parts of the engine. The warranty was $3,000 for little to no coverage.

In total, there were more than $7,000 in additional fees the dealership made claims about that were false. They stated the alarm system was necessary for the car to be financed by the bank when it wasn't. The stated the Cilajet coat had already been added and couldn't be taken off, when it was never listed in the purchase price and came off after washing the car the first time anyway. The warranty was just a means of another financial kickback for them, and they deliberately prevented us from being able to see what actually was covered.

Lastly, watch out when it comes to signing any papers with them. The finance manager will take you in to his office and will make a show of moving very quickly with signatures and the papers without letting you read what you are signing or effectively explaining the paperwork. Get copies of the paperwork and read it for yourself.

We made the mistake of thinking this was a quality dealership- it's not. If given another chance, we would not purchase a vehicle from them.

Went in for a warranty item fix and they tried to get me to pay for a $800 fix on a completely different part first, saying they needed to fix it before they could get to the warranty item.
Went somewhere else and the new mechanic told me they were lying and there was no way they could know this second item needed fixing.

After having a horrible experience at car pros honda in El Monte my uncle found this location which is a bit out the way since we stay in Ontario. Spoke to Jeff and he made the experience very easy and no headache. Very fast and quick process from the test drive to the pricing and signing of all the forms definitely driving back out this way for my next Honda! Again ask for Jeff in sales very easy to deal with!

I found my new car on the website and it provided a great deal for the vehicle I was interested in. I visited the dealership and met with Joe Piazza. We got right down to business and I got the deal I was expecting. I would recommend Joe and Weir Canyon to all.

I never write reviews but this place deserves credit where credit is due. Moved to the LA area and needed a new car, which is a challenge in this market. Ed Martinez and the entire staff at Weir Canyon Honda were incredible. Knowledgeable, professional, and they obtained the car we wanted (2023 HR-V Sport edition) at a reasonable price point (again this is a tough market) and relatively quickly. I highly recommend this dealership if you really want to deal with friendly, knowledgeable and professional sales staff.

AVOID WEIR CANYON HONDA

I'll never come back here, & I have told my family members to avoid this dealership due to my experiences. I'm out at least $2K-3K for Cilajet, which I was tricked into paying for due to your team's lies. I get Car Salesmen use deceptive yet legal practices, but blatantly lying about something that wasn't even installed on the car and saying it is was illegal. Whole story below:

We never wanted Cilajet but were lied to by sales (Eddie Samarraie) & finance staff, which all said it was already applied to the car & could not be excluded from the sale. Then, we find out we have to come back to get it done after the sale for both the interior and exterior (meaning it was clearly never applied to the car). Then, the application was sloppy & poorly done, the car looked very shiny but also very greasy & we were told it's normal & that this product isn't greasy. More lies, they ruined the car's interior leather for the 6-8 weeks it took to set in as the person who applied it added way too much of it & didn't properly blot it or remove the excess. Our clothes and car seats were ruined and had to be trashed. This was the worst car buying experience in the 10 years I've been buying and selling over 8 cars for myself, my wife, & extended family members across Norm Reeves (good) and Hardin (not much better).

We were offered a complimentary first service after a nightmare cilajet experience with our new CRV. When I get to 10K miles & it's time to take Weir Canyon's GM up on his offer for the free service, I drive down 45 mins only to find out that the offer was never added to my service notes or account as promised. I did have Brian Tritz eventually honor it, but only after being called and told they couldn't find it (which tells me they didn't believe me) and it also took 45 mins to get an A1 service when the service department was practically empty. This review is negative for the dealership, but Brian was good as I know he tried his best to help me during the Cilajet experience & recently with this service.
