Weiss Chiropractic, Inc.- Chiropractor Torrance

My appointment was at 3pm so I arrived at 2: 45 so I could fill out paperwork and just be early. Well apparently 20 people all had a 3pm appointment and this place only has 3 rooms. It took me 1 hour to meet the chiropractor- till 4pm. I instantly thought I was not going to get quality service, and I was 100% correct.
This is a money making office that deals with lots of medical patients and books as many appointments as they can instead of making sure each person will get a quality appointment.
I arrived at 3pm, left at 5pm and I honestly talked to the actual Chiropractor for less than 15 minutes, and he made only 2 adjustments to my back.

If this is the only place you can go due to Medical, cheap insurance, etc. I get it, but anyone that wishes quality and one on one time, look somewhere else.

I went there for 3 days, but decided to go to another place because a couple of the staff members more so one of the girls that works there has a real stupid attitude. Need to lesrn how to deal with patients.

Plus yoy have an appointment time, but never seen at the time scheduled ; gotta wait until some one is available.

I will say that they're definitely thorough and knowledgeable. If you want to get work done and have your body feeling good, I believe they can really help you. There were two main reasons why I didn't give them five stars though. The first is the wait time. As a new patient who reserves a time at 10: 30, it's disrespectful to have them wait until 11: 15 - 11: 30. When I finally got consulted, the doctor I saw was very pleasant. He had impeccable bedside manner, professional, and seemed quite knowledgeable.

Yet, when I went to the X-ray area, I was frustrated that their ad of free consultation and XRAY exam wasn't clearly illustrated. I've been to places like GoodLife Chiropractor who include 2 exams and an hour massage in their price of $59 for a first time visit, so I was just taken aback when they said I would expect to pay $175 (first time visit fee because of x-rays). Honestly, I thought my insurance would cover the cost (other than the co-payment), so the mess of it irritated me - especially since MOST chiropractor clinics can check beforehand if your insurance has chiropractor benefits. Anyway, the business model and time management was just annoying.

Ohhh, and Dr. Weiss explaining the business model was a little frustrating, as well - not just because it isn't as well priced as other chiropractor clinics, but he was kind of condescending. However, I did appreciate how he followed through with his ad's information about the free thirty minute massage.

I'm sure they take great care of anyone who pays for their services. The 12 adjustments for $650 is actually a great price. The first time x-ray costs are just crazy to me. If they made a first time patient bundle deal of $75 and cut their wait time to only 15 minutes, I'd definitely be a regular, but it is what it is.

Dr. Weiss really wants to see people get better. His treatments have helped so much since my accident. His staff is wonderful as well. He is not a placebo Doctor, he is a real healer!

5 star service provided by professionals, i leave this practice feeling refreshed and well taken care of every visit. Dr. Weiss knows his stuff and wants only the best for your health highly recommend him.

I've been going to Dr. Weiss for 24 years and have never had a bad experience. Great guy, awesome staff, technologically advanced office. I highly recommend Dr. Weiss for a chiropractor!

Great Service! Dr. Weiss and his staff are true professionals. He has helped me sleep better, eat better and feel better. Im 23 years old and have lower back pain due to heavy lifting at my job as an EMT. After some good adjustments and patients I started to feel a real change in the pain decrease. I have been seeing Dr Marc for almost twenty years. They are excellent, caring and professional. They are highly trained and have a great touch. Dr Marc also selects his staff with great care. Highly recommend this office.

Last year I was diagnosed with meningeal compression of the brain stem. I under treatment of another Chiropractor, until she retired. She trained Dr. Marc Weiss in neurologic technique, and I utmost confidence in his and his Team.

The office is always clean and the staff is always dressed professionally. Dr. Weiss is friendly, very thorough, patient, and open to answer any question that you may have about your care under his supervision. The Staff is very friendly and helpful as well. They are flexible with scheduling your appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Weiss for chiropractic services.
