Welch’s Foreman Patrick came out and pumped my septic tank and did a great job. He was on time, professional, polite and personable. He got my drainage system going again which was a big relief. I felt like I had fantastic service for a very reasonable price, even in these expensive times. Office tech Ashley was polite, helpful, and responsive in getting me scheduled as fast as possible since I was in desperate need. Today this company placed a porta potty 2 inches from my mothers mailbox. I called them and asked if they could please come move it away from the mailbox. Mail lady can not get to box unless she gets out of her vehicle. My mother is 80 years old and disabled. Initially, they said they would send the driver back. Then, within minutes i received a call back from their office and was advised that the potty would not be moved until next week when it is serviced.

Absolutely no care or consideration for a disabled person in our community, no concern about blocking the delivery of mail to a residence and unprofessional office staff who are rude.

The porta potty was manually moved by the roofers working at the delivery site. Shame on you Welch Enterprises!

8 am was the appointed time, driver was on time at 745! Professional, prompt, and polite! I didn't know where the lids were located as I just purchased the home, they located the lids, dug them out, pumped the tank proper. I won't use any other service, they earned my customer loyalty!
