Motel Welcome Inn reviews
12If I could go lower with stars I would. The staff and owner are about as competent as a 4 yo. I rather spend a weekend in prison to ever stay here again.
I have been staying here for years and have never had a problem. Even before the remodel the place was always perfectly fine. Now it is a very nice place. I doubt you'll find better for the price. As good or better than any Chain motel out there. The complainers must have never been anyplace before. I've had some bad experiences in many other presumably upper scale places. Welcome Inn is better.
This is an honest review. I liked staying there! It was clean, very adequate, everything working.what one would expect! Staff were friendly and responsive. The location is great!
Man, I've stayed at some shady places but this place. I hate to give it this low of a review actually because the staff was actually very apologetic about the whole issue. Our first room was filthy, lamps had no lightbulbs, bedspread was ripped, there were balls of hair on the floor and like old food caked on the desk. Our towels legit had black dust marks all over them, every towel. Like I said, management was very apologetic and put us in another room.
Unfortunately, the towels had the same black dust marks all over, the lights didn't work, the shower was loudly dripping and couldn't be turned off all the way. We decided to stay, I don't know why. I won't even look in the direction of this place again.
Trash! This place is Trash! The management treat you are not welcome to stay here! They make you go through the runaround just to turn you down to stay! Considering the other reviews and my experience. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE FOR A ROOM! Awesome area/ district though! Just would not advise to stop here for any reason what so ever!
This place is awful. Not sure where to begin.for one, service here is non existing and you're treated like you live in a police state. The rooms are below adequate and in need of some desperate repairs. Location isn't that bad.
Horrible costumer service and very dury room and they want to charge like a 5 stars hotel.
The front desk person was very rude and having bad attitude
Trashiest hotel I have ever been to! The name "Welcome Inn" is very ironic, due to the fact that the management and staff do everything in their power to make you feel UNwelcome. They should change their name to Not Welcome Inn. The staff speaks to their customers as if you are a child in trouble, very disrespectful and the rooms were verylllllllllllllll very dirty. The pipe to the sink in my room somehow broke, and was leaking all over the floor, and their idea of fixing it was to just throw a bunch of towels on the floor and tell you not to use it! The room didn't even have a fire alarm, and there was no phone in the room either which could be very dangerous. They use normal apartment key's for the doors which is also very dangerous because anyone could make a copy of the key at anytime and they clearly don't even pay attention to which room key they are giving out, because twice I was alone in my room with the door locked, when all of a sudden someone used a key to enter my room. Thankfully I was fully dressed both times but still, I was scared to know not just one but 2 strangers had access to my room while I was there, nevermind when I wasn't there. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this hotel, and I certainly will.never be returning to it and I highly suggest you never go here either!
Newly remodeled fresh paint and good-hearted people new owners very nice people really clean the place up
Over priced rooms are not spectacular. Can't have visits after 10pm. I don't recommend staying therem
Ridiculous conversation via phone call to the front desk at 3pm on Saturday July Fourth (today) regarding prices nightly. The fake indian accent sounded obnoxious/offensive on the woman working offering $75 rooms instead of $35 offered every other time i stayed at the motel. Hoping there's another motel nearby offering half the price but according to this offensive woman the only hotel nearby is twice as much as there's nightly. I was "hung up on" after being asked to wait in a chipper tone and being given a harsh goodbye similar to a cartoon voice F$#$ YOU.
