I’ve been by myself and with my wife. Their massage + baths special is the perfect combo. The therapists are well trained, staff all helpful and friendly, and the Japanese aesthetic is consistently transportive.

It’s so great to be able to soak in the baths after a massage (you get a private space that you can share with your partner) - it gives you a chance to shower off the massage oils and get your heat therapy (sauna or hot tub) before heading back out.

Excellent ambiance, friendly staff, all of the amenities you need. You don't have to bring towels or soaps/shampoos since they're provided. Reservations should be made by phone. For weekdays, they recommend calling at least a week in advance, for weekends at least 2-3 weeks on advance. Will go back.

I don't expect I could have a chance to try 温泉 style bathroom in the states. The servers are friendly, the price is great. Very looking for the chance to visit again

This place was so so so wonderful. We left buzzing with joy. It was so special. My masseuse, Suzanne, gave me probably the best massage I’ve ever had. We’re visiting from Oakland and staying in Boulder Creek and I only wish Santa Cruz was closer so I could see her more regularly. My partner said that Aaron also did an amazing job. We relaxed in an outdoor hot tub after our massages. Tote bags and robes are left in your massage room for you to wear and take your clothes with you to the hot tub. Very thoughtful. The body wash in the shower smelled so good I bought some from the front desk before leaving. The price was a wednesday special, 225$ total for massage + hot tub time which I found very reasonable given how professional the services were. All of the spaces were clean. I even think the massage tables were heated. It is a sanctuary. I can’t recommend it enough. Everyone was so kind.

Absolutely a wonderful place to unwind and recharge. Unique, peaceful and full of healing energy. It really is a local gem!

The front desk lady who wears glasses is very rude and unprofessional.
Hot tub and the sauna are not bad. The hot tub water jets work weakly.

Really nice here. Got a full body spa with Sofia, she is amazing. We got a spa room indoors. There was a sauna in the room and the garden view is so beautiful. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely loved my experience here. My partner and I got the couples massage package for their birthday. The staff were very kind and attentive, although I wish the front desk person would have explained the process of everything a little more as it was our first time there. The atmosphere was impeccable, it felt like I had stepped into another dimension of Zen and peace. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, and the outside tub area was beautiful. The massage was incredibly soothing and relaxing, the 50mins flew by. I absolutely recommend this place and can't wait to come here again.

Always amazing, deeply relaxing. I really missed this place when COVID had closed it.but now they don't have the midweek special price. Now I miss that
