They kept my ID. This completely ruined my weekend. I couldn't meet up with my friends or go to the places we had planned. Drove all the way to another city before I realized they never gave it back to me. I don't live near a testing site so driving all the way back isn't convenient. So unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

This was the best experience I've had since I've been coming here for a physical. Very professional, and friendly. Nice.

Customer service here is terrible. The woman I. The front had me waiting for 3 hours and didn’t attend to me. She kept telling me I was next for 3 hours straight. The curly blonde hair lady gives all the black people at this location as terrible attitude. She also will yell at you and tell you to leave if you mention anything about her customer service. She also violated my privacy by putting her manager on the phone in front of EVERYBODY in the waiting room and giving it to me on speaker to defend her RUDENESS and lack of compassion towards others. After that unnecessary embarrassment, I just sat down quietly listening to music to wait to go to the back afterwards. She then calls me an hour later to give my sample but she puts me in a separate room to call her manager AGAIN playing victim saying she felt UNCOMFORTABLE doing my sample and started making up excessive lies about me to persuade her boss on the phone to turn me away when she initially was very rude and cold to me first when I signed in and asked basic questions in the beginning. I do feel that this is a form of discrimination. It’s one thing to have a small misunderstanding but to go on and continuously call your manager and make up lies about me was a very Karen thing of her to do and I think people really need to watch out for that. MINORITIES get killed and end up in fishy situations because of people like her Making up lies and using there “PRIVILEGES” to exaggerate situations for there own benefit. THIS SITUATION WAS VERY MENTALLY DRAINING. I hope no one else goes through this but I made a vow to never get services done here again.

Uncivilized and unprofessional staff (except Joshua).
An employee would refuse to provide me with customer service, and refuse to email me the results of the testing that I have paid for!
That same employee refused to state his name, so the only way I can specify is he was wearing a uniform. He said "You do it yourself by scanning, don`t you have an iPhone to scan? ". Extremely rude as if he is the one paying for the services that I came for. Also, Rachel, who was completely distasteful and unprofessional giving commands as if we are some stray dogs and not explaining the procedure! She just put a mask and helmet on my daughter's face and started spraying some substance into her face without any explanation of the procedure!
I was trying to file a complaint through the WellnessMart, MD website, however, there is no link to "Contact Us".
Train your employees, don`t hire uneducated rude people.

I had an appointment today at this location for a service, Josh and his team are amazing! Very pleasant, patient and clinically competent!

Josh and Rachel gave the best customer service! I had to get a TB test for work and they were quick and friendly which is so great when you have a busy schedule. Thank you!

Horrible customer service, attitudes, and rude. Lady at the corner gave me my results and just walked away. No communication.

If you want quality service, do not go here. The short, curly haired nurse is extremely rude. When I say rude, I mean rude. She is very ill-informed, does not know how to do her job (she kept asking the blonde nurse questions on how to do things). She is inconsiderate, lacks compassion, ill attentive to patients, unethical in the public sharing of information (I watched her give patients their results so loudly it was ridiculous), and overall not a nice person to work with. If you want my recommendation, seek a livescan and TB test at another site or with your medical provider. Do not even waste your time going to this location.
