ATM GIVES ERRORS. Lost $$$ money at the atm. They did not help me get it back. NO PHONE HELP. Do not use the ATMS. Get a different bank.

EDITED- they send company emails with empty apologizing and nobody is giving me back my credit. They don’t care. It’s all fake politeness.

They have great service here. We opened up an account today, no line, no appointment. They were so nice and respectful and excellent customer service! Kudos to the staff here!

This review is for branch on Broadway in the Target shopping center. Walked into what seemed like a quicianera party at a Rancho in Mexico! Blasting music, long lines, men standing around talking with each other. It was one of the bizarre experiences you can have in a bank! When I asked to speak with the manger after literally shouting back and fourth through the glass teller window, I was told to wait in line with the rest of the party! Called customer service and it was a similar experience that took over an hour to explain! What a terrible branch and horrible service

Worst wait times ever. Never fails, even with one person ahead of me in the teller line, wait is at least 20 minutes. Is just best to drive to another bank a little further away with shorter wait times. These guys need to step it up.

ROGUE BANK AND ROGUE BANKER

I had brought my 91 year old father in to open up two new accounts and we were assisted by Mr. Cardenas, a banker. He assured us the checks he had ordered would be coming in 7-10 business days. We waited three weeks. I finally went into a branch where I live and it turns out Mr. Cardenas had never ordered the checks in the first place. Seriously? As I recall, Mr. Cardenas was in a big hurry for a lunch date with his fiance, and practically shoved us into the teller line to deposit our Cashier's checks from our old bank as he dashed out the door. Maybe Mr. Cardenas should experience what it is like to not have checks for over a month, and see what that feels like, especially for a 91 year old.

As a follow up one month later we learned that Mr. Cardenas did not place us in the optimum checking account, he did not post any notes in our account, but most of all, he failed to certify our trust which the accounts were named under. This has led to our having to endlessly for weeks go in and out of the bank across state lines and receiving a threatening letter from Wells Fargo that if we did not certify the trust in 20 days, our accounts would be closed. Mr. Cardenas or his bank manager have done nothing to reach out to us or to help us fix all the problems they dropped on us, which is also how a situation like this should have been handled as per WF protocol.

I feel Mr. Cardenas should be fired for making short cuts, not following the WF procedures, and compromising us in order to go out to lunch with his girlfriend. Many weeks later we are still paying the price and still cleaning up after all of his messes.

The bank manager there should also be reprimanded for not making sure his staff is following procedures, not monitoring their work and not holding them accountable. There seems to be no checks and balances at this branch at the expense of the customers.

Where a 759 credit score minimum (of all three reporting agencies) gets you a 17% interest rate! After 23 consecutive years of banking. No thanks Wells Fargo! We went with your competition.

Came to cash x2 cks were told one of the cks cannot be cashed because it had no name written on it, ok understood that; waited in line from 0916 to get to a teller finally got to a window 0949 spoke to teller Amelia just to find out both cks cannot be cashed because one of the cks had no name, Spoke to Daniela who said the teller dis not know n e better and both cks cannot be cashed now they have to be verified. Awful customer service, “supervisor” Daniella not clear as to wether the cks can be cashed, and now to top it off we have to wait for a supervisor and it will be 20-30 mins. Dont waste your time here, employees contradict each other and wait times are really bad
