Wells Fargo Bank reviews
9Nice people work there but the lines are ALWAYS long and they do not answer the phone apparently (just called)
Súper disappointed. Made my appointment and they called me to confirm and I show up and they tell me my banker was not available that day. This was my third attempt trying to talk to them. I’m so done with Wells Fargo
Waiting in line for almost 55 minutes. Only one window open and 5 employees in the back of the teller just looking around and walking like security or something. I would love to give a 0 start to these locations
HORRIBLE! If I could give zero stars I would but it doesn’t let me.do not make an appointment here at all! So ridiculous. I had made an appointment two weeks in advance to speak with a banker. Eventually that didn't happen they had me waiting thirty minutes! There was only one lady there which was on the phone and did not hesitate to let me know she will be busy. They are understaff. The dude more like the security guy that is in charge of the door has no manners what so ever he is rude and so unpleasant! There was a long line and one teller like… the heck is that? There should be more than one teller! Ugh
I came into this location and scanned the QR code to wait in line to open the account waited 45 minutes or more. The security at the door told me to scan it and wait for someone to help me. No one ever did there were a few people still working in the cubicle area and the only one that was left "helping people" never approached me. Perhaps was he to scared of my crying baby that he left me there sitting down without informing me his people were not helping anyone anymore. He never approached me or anyone from his bank. I am upset because I was really hoping into being helped to open and account with this bank and all this people did was go by and stare at me with my child crying instead of approaching me and telling me that they were no longer helping no one instead they let me sit on the side for 45 minutes and helped everyone that walked in the bank and the only reason why I knew they were not helping was because he told someone else out loud it.
What I did is grab my children and left and I will never return to this location I rather go to the National City or any other location rather than be treated this way and waste 45 minutes or more without no one helping.
The lines are so long just to get in and the people working here are so slow! Waited 30+ minutes just to see someone. Never coming back.
Came in to do a wire transfer they couldn’t help me they just no don’t have time I only 2 customers in the building
These guys put up with alot from us, but they still manage to keep their cool alot of things that they have to do, im starting to understand why, but they need more tellers on social security day to come in at 9am instead of 10am
Katherina did a wire transfer she messed up.called me to let me know obout her error but put me in line for 20 minutes missed wire cutoff time.
