3 This branch is a JOKE.
I have been a Wells Fargo client for over 15 years, never had any bad experience but this time it was a horrible experience. With so much Fraud going on these days, their system is garbage.
I have a fraud happened in my account, came for a help since i was able to detect it right away, First: THERE IS NOBODY TO TALK TOSecond: They looked at me like why do i even come to the branch and ask for helpTHIRD: I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND WELLS FARGO BACK TO ANYONE, BECAUSE OF THEIR EASY FRAUD SYSTEMGARBAGE BANK
The lines are always huge at this branch. I guess the management is poor and not organised.
I can’t believe it costs money to deposit money from one account to another, with or without cash now! Total rip off and scam! Wells Fargo needs to Step there game up. Didn’t get an alert that 2500 didn’t go through to an important client and had to find out myself when it’s too late. People don’t have time to check there acct.every min of the day with all that extra deposit fee, money you think you’d have a better alert system! Un real!
